I am very pleased that I connected at my house with eero. All the connections are very stable and fast.

Unfortunately, this system did not work well in my home. Issues I had included weak or dropped signals, extended buffering times, unable to automatically switch my ipad and Nintendo switch to a closer eero device while I was walking with it in my home. The weak signal was a disaster while I was using my computer to work from home. I worked with eero's customer service for over 2 months trying to get the system to work. They were very nice, and tried to be helpful, but their suggestions didn't help. By the time they advised me that my older home construction (i.e. hard walls) were probably the issue, it was way too late to return it to Best Buy and eero did nothing to offer me a way to return. I wish I had returned the system immediately when it didn't work in my home.

My favorite new product I bought. It spreads it’s WiFi all over

System worked good for about a week or two then one of the eero's would go red light on us and anything connected to that eero would lose internet connection for about 15 minutes as it would reboot. Does this about every two hours now it seems. Emailed eero customer support who got back to me after a week and said it could be the signal. According to the app that is not the case and the placement from the eero connected to the modem is about 15 feet away. One in the bedroom is fine and have no issues with and it is about 40 feet away. Seen other reviews on eero devices just going red and rebooting, but haven't found a solution to this. May just have to go with only two eero's instead of three. Not impressed with this system. When it does go red I run the health check on the app and it says everything is fine. Well that is unless the iPad is connected to that router and then I am just stuck as it the iPad won't connect to another router until this one comes back up. Real pain.

Easy to monitor how the system is working. Sometimes we get a slow down but mostly works fast.

Im not sure this item works. At first it seemed like my connections were faster, than it would freeze or drop all together. After moving one of the devices around a bit, things seemed to improve. For the price its ok. It is hard to tell which is better, my original home network or the eero network.

I liked to so well, I bought a second and will buy a third.
