seems to have improved our wifi and internet conections

Works great to expand internet signal throughout your home. However, has a tendency to stop working on a regular basis. Have double and triple checked and it’s not the cable/internet service or modum it’s this router. I like the coverage but don’t like the lack of consistency with it working.

No really how i wanted it to work but. Its use able.

I'm sure these are perfect for the purpose intended. We were hoping to get a stronger signal over a longer distance. May purchase another set and see if that works. The company itself has excellent customer service and was a great resource for helping us get it set up.

Didn't work for us. We had difficulty with set up.

This product started wonderful. Got connected right away no problems. But after a while the connection started slowing down. Still get connected but slower than at the beginning. Sometimes the tv freezes which didn’t do before. I will keep it but I am not sure about buying again

This started out with 1/3 DOA and eero support subsequently sent out another. All three worked for about 3 weeks, now I have another dead one with the exact same issue. Ran through troubleshooting and at this time I am going to figure out another product that will work reliably.

I like that they are nice small size, very easy to use.

I bought this because my internet reception is terrible in my area. I bought 2 of these and I still have trouble with calls. I have ended up using WiFi calling for better telephone call reception. I kept them both but it’s not high on my recommendation list

Bought this device due to remote learning for the kids, and increased at home use with the adults. Primarily wanted to solve the issues with the Google Chrome books freezing. Supposedly with the Mesh hub internet solution there would be greater coverage and less dead spots that could prevent this. Have noticed limited to minimal improvement related to this issue. I like the fact I can monitor all devices on the network and block or pause on the EERO dashboard. I see individual devices only using few kilobytes to 1 megabyte so don’t know if it is a bandwidth issue. My Verizon Fios service gives me 50/50 gigabytes up and down so don’t know if that’s the problem. Still searching if I can get related EERO extender to boost the signal.
