I think with the right house that this product would work great We had issues with the upper level getting the right service so we returned them and purchased others but we have still not found the correct product.

Not sure why but speed tests very low for download and upload. There is a delay in everything internet we do. Not sure what the problem is but Spectrum says it's not their equipment or signal. Frustrating.

I did not find it easy to set up, because my apple phone kept telling me that my security system was weak with the eero, and I couldn't find support to learn how the the security system could be improved. Finally, I had been told by a salesman that newer WiFi system would make up the limitations of my inherently slow Internet. That did NOT prove to be the case, and when I finally had faster internet available to me, I had their system installed, and didn't know what to do with the eero. So it's sitting around. No such security warning with the new system.

It was not as easy to install with my cable company-provided router as I would have liked. It also went offline for unknown reasons the other day and I had to restart my whole system to get it back working.

Still having problems with connection and NO IDEA HOW TO FIX. Got new router and got spectrums modum brand new and I still haven't a clue why im still having issue. Live alone and 71 yrs old.

Wanted this to work in the garage for our ring camera. Ordered something from xfinity hoping it will work. One works the other two are ok in the back rooms on the house. Our house is about 1000 square feet

I am quite tech savvy and this was not a quick or easy setup. Which is fine since I was able to navigate through the more advanced setup, but it took closer to 45mins to complete. My greater concern is the actual coverage the mesh network provides. This system was replacing my Nighthawk router for the purpose of getting coverage into my garage and driveway. Based on the specs of the system, the coverage of the square footage should have been no problem, however, not only does it not reach my garage/driveway, the connection is extremely weak through out my house. I am just so disappointed.

I really wanted to like this system to replace my Netgear R7300. The wireless speeds were lower than expected during testing. I could only get around 500mbps over WiFi. The problem arose when I tested via Ethernet. I could only get 500mbps over Ethernet as well! This was a deal breaker for me as the ATT gateway easily Speedtests from 875-950 mbps over Ethernet every time. So I will need to return and continue my research. That said this product will be fine for most users and surely meet their needs.

This one doesn’t work any better than the old Netgear 90 that I had. Still doesn’t pick up in the family room in the basement. I have moved them all over the basement but the connection is still poor.

I’m pretty sure these are an upgrade for someone who doesn’t already have a router with WiFi 6. But, our “upgrade” to this system was actually a downgrade and reduced our speeds overall.

If this is so great? How come I didn't receive any higher speed? Oh yes, we had a geek employee hook this up. This person said it was probably the internet service. Really

This product requires a smartphone to download the app. and install. It will not work d/l with a laptop. It also has 3 pods, and my house would have been fine with one.

2200 sqft 2 story, and still lose wifi in the mesh setup. Kind of finicky. I don't like UI on app and missing a lot of features I had on my Asus Wifi router.

It was working great for few days and all of a sudden on of the router stopped working. Kept trying to get it to work and placed it in different location still didn't work. Ended up returning it.

I did not find them to help at all, these were used in a 2 story house and were a waste of time, maybe they work better in a one story

This is a great addition if you have existing eero devices. I returned this, not understanding that the mesh system works best with more than one or two. Going to get the three pack.

Bought this a while back, and so far it has been ok. Still have some internet issues as far as when I have get together. But overall it’s been ok.

My internet speed that I subscribe is 200mbps, I only get that speed at the eero by the modem,. The speed at the other two is 64 and 58, much less than I expected.

I think these are much worse than Pros, and probably even worse than Nest/Google Wifi when it comes to LAN speeds. Many features are locked behind a subscription paywall.

I do not like the fact that we have to pay for the extra features. TP-Link includes those features for free and also has better speed.
