I bought this as a gift for my sister in TX. I was visiting and sadly, since the initial setup things were buggy. At first, one unit had a red light (even though, it was almost next to the other), had to reboot them all... I said ok lets try this again... it all went back normally. About 2 hours or so after, one of the units seem to be working OK, however any device that connected to this one could see a good signal strength but not internet!... again, another full reboot did the magic.... We saw a system update available thru the mobile app, I told to myself, this hopefully will get rid of those bugs... I would knew better and didn’t apply it and just return this device back to Best Buy. The update process on itself was a bit of a nightmare... 2 out of the three units went to the latest firmware, but the 3rd one now went back to the red led and after many attempts somehow it got upgraded and things went back to normal. Next day I had to take a flight back home, and my sister reports me that the internet is On/Off on an area of the house... after so much frustration, disconnecting one unit seem to help. So long story short, we are replacing this system with another one... still not sure which one, but this one clearly and sadly it has been just one frustration after another...

Did it job to get WiFi throughout our house. However, it was not strong enough to get up to 400 Mbps (what we pay for), but around 200 Mbps

Still on the fence with this system. Android app? Iphone app not always showing usage per unit, can't move unit usage...will do more research.

We learned this will cover the entire house and was not suitable for our small house. We returned it and purchased a single booster.

This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made. This was easy to set up, worked for the first week, however, I use Verizon Fios and now after a month the EERO drops out and turns red several times a day. I have tried to contact customer service at EERO and it does not exist. Don't do it.

I recently bought this item only to realize I needed a second one, 2 weeks later I was back in the store and bought the 3 pack and it is wonderful!

This product works well. However, my fairly small house has 4. I do not believe the bandwidth is quite as expansive as advertised.

Great concept but the execution is lacking. Main router got 113 mbps (paying for 100) but anything connected via WiFi saw speeds of no more than 20mbps. The back haul is split between the 2.4 and 5ghz channels, which explains the issue. I ended up buying the ASUS pair of tri band routers and the wireless back haul works beautifully using their app.

Did not work for me. Still had poor internet connection.

Trying the run a gig with these was only able to get about 250mbps Good for what they are but I needed bigger more expensive equipment

Thought this would be a true WI-FI but it’s just a mesh installed it and still had dead spots and buffering

I don’t think it works that’s well. But, my mom has one and she swears by it so I’m still giving them the benefit of doubt.

does not push through walls as stated. very weak signal for multiple floors

Need a new WI fi router. Best Buy employee sud this was the best value for the money. We install that which took many hours..

I was under the impression that this would solve my internet issues. Not really. It's okay, but I might look elsewhere.

store clerk showed me the wrong one for my application. no biggie best buys return policy is good.

Not as beautiful or powerful as the next gen. This is for people with slow connections, but have large homes or need lots of range.

Purchased this and was unfortunately not able to use, so returned with no problems.

One of the worst purchases I've ever been talked into. This system worked great for the first two months. Now, it's just the biggest nightmare I just want to burn it!!! All of my systems - sprinkler, solar panels and tonight all of my Amazon echo's. They all stopped functioning because the eero mesh system is not compatible with any of it. The solar panel monitoring system only works on the 2.4g network. But because the eero flips between both the 2.4 and the 5, this system could not hook up to the wifi. So I had an old linksys extender I had to use to hook up to the eero then hard wire to my solar monitoring system to get it to work. But not without spending 1-1/2 hours on the phone with tech support. After an hour on the phone with the sprinkler monitoring system company, we determined the same thing. Now my Alexa won't play anything at all. I've tried to delete the eero from the Alexa app but that doesn't seem to work. So to solve all these issues I have to bring back the eero system and get the inexpensive system I originally went to Best Buy to purchase in the first place.

After waiting about a month I finally received my eero (military overseas) The power cords were not bundled but loose I the box one of the units was dirty, when I tried to install it, it was already registered to someone else, and already had a wireless network setup Being that it took a month to get and be a system administrator I was able to with some googling do a hard reset and get the devices working. I tried contacting customer service to complain about being sold a used device as new, but could never get through. Needles to say I’m upset to pay for new and receive used merchandise.
