Every time you have to connect one manually. Big Pain to keep switching from room to room. It must connect to nearest one automatically.

It did not do what I was told it would do only increased speed a fraction I still have the same problem that I had before I purchased it

Startin with the app, it fails to offer the customization that other competitors have. The first being is deciding what devices go on what frequency band. There is no router settings accessible via ip address available for me to check whenever the app is frozen. While on the app, the app is constantly out of sync with the actual device and doesn't update or run the speed test except for when it wants to. It does a good job getting WIFI all around my 3000 sqft house but it has down times during peak use that just ends up being very annoying. There also isn't any way to decide when updates should happen. This product was just designed without the "above-average" user in mind. I hope there's an update in the near future that fixes these issues.

It has helped, but I think the internet reception in Prescott is too intermittent to expect much help from anything...

It's ok just ok. For the price not worthy, I don't take it back cause I work all day and just don't have the time.

My Eero satellites are not working, only the one unit connected to the modem is sending out a reliable and usable wifi signal. I have power cycled each Eero unit and the modem many times and the issue never fixes. I can only get internet from the satellite units if I directly ethernet wire from the satellite to my computer. We have tried to connect many different types of devices to the satellites' wifi signal and nothing can connect to them. The light on the satellites is white and the app does not help with troubleshooting. My computer can connect to the wifi via the satellite for about 2 seconds before it disconnects. I am about to return this product, it seems defective

Doesn’t work with satellite Internet. I was told it will but it doesn’t. Had to return it.

We have a 3100 square foot home. I thought they would give better coverage and speed for the price paid.

Good but eero 6 is cheaper and better. Tough to set up with our set up. Would go to eero 6 or pro.

It does not meet the ranks it says it has. It's supposed to be pretty good from what I've heard, even find a person to install it and install it and it doesn't provide the quality it does. I wasted my time and money. I do not recommend it or at least if you need a new coverage that this is not your first option

it was supposed to expand our coverage in our two story home??? Not so much!!!

Great device, but not enough coverage for a 4000 sq/ft house. Returned and got the next level up.

I couldn't get it to work. I have combo router so I believe you need separate model. Didn't work out for me.

Honestly, I can tell if the work. The light is always white but I haven’t noticed a difference in my WiFi.

I bought this expecting a phenomenal mesh experience. And wow, what a HUGE disappointment. The eero network would randomly drop devices. And the devices were automatically connecting to the slow 2.4G channel, and the eero farthest away from the device. There is no way to optimize the system. Tech support blamed all of the problems on XFINITY. The Xfinity tech was here for 2 hours today, changing cables, splitters and it didn’t fix the problems. I reconnected my single Orbi and bam! 200M speed throughout my entire house. Buy anything except an eero. Three weeks after purchase and I’ll wager BestBuy will not let me return it, even though it is a defective product.

Somewhat improved my download speed. Not sure the cost was worth it. The tech was really great though.

We weren't very happy with these. They didn't give very good signal.

I see little improvement. I placed it just outside the door to the room that needed the boost.
