Not too thrilled with range

Terrible connection and support

I was sadly disappointed with the connection speeds and support to get the "Mesh system" working for more than a month! The connection speed was 1/4 of the signal coming to my home. The support team made serious efforts to help get my system "up to speed" but it was beyond their scope of knowledge. Once escalated to "The engineers" or tier 2, they were VERY slow to respond and provided NO additional help beyond the lower level support team. Bottom line, don't buy this system if you want a continuous connection speed throughout your home! Such a HUGE disappointment!

Did not connect with FIOS

Purchased upon moving to a new home and using FIOS install. Did not connect (spent hours on the phone with FIOS). Returned and purchased the Wi-Fi 6 router directly from Amazon. No issues. The mesh routers work very well just the 5 couldn't connect.

Our internet is spectrum and the technician came over and said evrything looked good so I would call eero 2- 3 weeks straight and they kept telling me to try new things like power cycle and soft reset. Still same issue all 3 eeros go offline and it's so frustrating idk what to do.
