Customers are saying

Customers recognize the AC Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System (3-Pack) as being easy to use and setup, resulting in improved Wi-Fi range and coverage. Many appreciate the strong signal and the system's performance, especially considering its price. Returned it. Didn't work for me. Bought a cheaper option that works better elsewhere.

Its great that they're small and dont take up a lot of space. They're easy to setup, it only takes a couple of minutes. This wifi system has not worked for my family and I. It has actually made our wifi slower instead of better. We only have two setup since our house is small and we don't want them to overlap each other.

Not sure what these actually do. My wifi has not changed one bit since I purchased these. I followed all directions. Maybe I have to many devices in my home. I'm still not sure. I have 1 in my basement, 1 in my living room with my modem, and 1 in my bedroom. I can't see a difference in when I didn't have them until now

Do not buy!!!! I loved this mesh system while it worked in the sense that I was getting a STABLE WiFi connection throughout my 1400 square feet apartment. The major issue started when out of blue, my internet provider Comcast had an outage. I had to reboot my modem like I had done 100 times before but this time, my main Eero NEVER came back online. I tried everything and spent over 1 hour with their technical support, which was a failure. I was told to purchase a long Ethernet cable and connect my Imac to my modem/ router as the gateway Eero just COUD NOT CONNECT to my Netgear Nighthawk modem/ router. Since all my devices had been connected to the Eero ( IPhone 12, Imac, iPad and 2 smart TV as well as many Alexas), it’s been a nightmare! I have no internet now- only WiFi. Stay away! My system lasted about 18 months. I hope this helps!

    5 Frustrating months with EERO

Purchased eero - AC Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System 3-Pack, in July '20. Spent over 6 hours on 6 occasions on the phone with eero support trying to get it to work in my townhouse. First my pods were too far away, then they were too close, then I was using too many, then my home which is basically made of plywood must have too much concrete and rebar in its wooden floors. I moved them from room to room, swapped them round, rebooted, whatever eero support asked I did (proving the definition of madness is to repeat behavior and expect a different result!) At the router my wi-fi speed would be 300/400mbps. 35 ft. away at the 2nd pod wi-fi speed would varying between 3 and 60mbps. Obviously useless. 5 Stars goes to the GEEK SQUAD however - in December '20 they gave me full store credit and I replaced with Google Nest. Now I have a workable 90MBPS in my back room and music while I work.

We do not recommend it. We owned this for 4 months, and the mesh started to drop us without any warning! One of the satellite eero light would turn red for 10-25 minutes at some unpredictable time. This will annoy you to the core when you are in the middle of a ZOOM meeting. We contacted eero customer support after 2 months owning it. The company rejected our request to replace or returning it since it is not purchased on eero.com directly. Then we learned that the eero team can 100% see whatever is on our eero mesh 24/7. Yes, they can spy on us if they want. We now use NETGEAR, which works wonderfully, never ever drop wifi. Highly recommend NETGEAR. Do not waste time and $$$$ on eero.

It's ok. The mesh covers 2600 sq ft well. I found out that legacy devices do not connect. You cannot configure Eero to meet your needs without contacting customer support. And the response isn't timely or helpful. I considered returning the units to BB but I was out of the return window by the time I figured out these problems.

Ford philosophy here.,(You can have any color as long...) meaning we tell you how to run your network. Phone App control only which is strange for this PRO company given that the run of the mill companies like Linksys, Netgear etc. control it any which way. You can do better for $99 and should invest in a WiFi 6 future.
