Not the best one I expected

And I came know there is a firewall setup need done and for firewall I need to pay rent subscriptions of $5. Over all I thought it better to rent a spectrum modem and pay same $5 rent.

Extending the mesh.

It doesn’t. In the area where I’m attempting to extend the mesh net, there is intermittent service outages which were unexpected. Some of the items which connect with this need to be manually reconnected. Not what was expected.

Apple unfriendly

Had to unplug my router and printer to reset the system and all worked fine for a few weeks. Then my daughters Mac wouldn’t print (no air printer found). Went through reset again. It worked. Then no apple products would work to print and the signal strength went down. Almost every time we had (no air printer found). I performed all the updates when I could. After several times of resets I finally just unplugged the mesh system. Too late to return now. Now they are locked in a dark drawer until I decide to pitch them. Found out later a friend of mine had same issues with apple products and this system.

Okay, so I disconnected the old system, and now no internet, so how do I get this new system installed? It’s sitting on my table to return to Best Buy.

Reconfigure cable modem required broken power cabl

Power adapter and cable failed in 2 months in one of the eero. In order to connect to broadband and no impact performance you have to put cable modem in bridge mode and for Uverse put in DMZ pass through and turn off SSIDs if on cable modem.
