incorrect product description in "Specifications"

The specifications are incorrectly worded. I bought this product because it says it has 2 LAN ports, which I need, as I have 2 ethernet lines I need to connect to it to get internet service out to 2 different wall jacks. What the specifications don't tell you is that there is not a separate port for your ethernet cable from your modem into this unit...in other words, I need an "inbound" port for modem-to-router and then also 2 "outbound" ports for router-to-wall-jacks...for a total of 3 ethernet ports.

No printed instructions - limited support hours

Eero did have instructions on how to set these up (w/out using app) by bridging your current cable modem/router which would turn off the wifi capability of the cable router and allow for the wifi of the new Eero router to engage. I followed instructions exactly, but the Eero did not engage. Their site encourages you to call with issues. I called at 8:00 pm cst - they were closed - not cool. Don't have the ability to set these up during the day.

Not useful for me

WiFi access and signal strength showed no improvement. Returned with prompt refund. Very disappointed. Phone support was good.

Poor performance based on sole bluetooth interface

After using a couple wireless devices (iPad and iPhone), I could not get the Eero to connect and communicate with the Eero app. Had to return it.

After updating unit slowed down my typical 400mbps Frontier WIFI to less than 100mbps. Purchased TP/Link system and am very pleased with that system...in two homes now.

Weak system

Dual band not tri and, not gigabit able. units kept losing connection and had to be rebooted several times a day. My home is basically half the sq footage of what these are rated for, and all one level.

I will be returning the item. Unfortunately it did not work with att uverse in ohio.
