Very happy with TV and experience with Geek Squad installation of the TV, but the Ring Security my experience (3 instances)was terrible with missed appointments, lack of communications on time of appointment. Finally I canceled the security system.

Unfortunately this did not improve the Wi-Fi connection in my home. I tried all possible options suggested to get the best connection. Didn't work for me. So I had to return. Ultimately I got T-Mobile 5G network, that gives very good signal all over the house and to the garden too. Earlier I had Frontier Optic Fiber connection and their Wi-Fi router. May be the issue was at the Frontier network or router connections, but not with this router

Didn’t work for what we needed it for. Maybe I was misguided by the Bestbuy rep that suggested it to me but it was horrible and didn’t fix my issue. Ended up getting anew router and extended from Verizon

With all the positive reviews on this mesh router system, I was really shocked with my experience. I have a bit of an unusual setup since I have an exterior D-link 4G router/antenna with US Cellular. Installation of this system was a disaster. It would not pair with my Iphone 11. I finally got it to pair with my older android tablet. But, I never got it to connect with the internet unless I installed my old router between the eero and the D-link (per the recommendation of the eero tech support guy) Of course that defeats the entire purpose of getting a new router. I returned it and stuck with my old router for now.

Easy to install and seemed to work great for the first day, after that anything connected would freeze up. Couldnt watch a movie for more than five minutes. Had to keep rebooting. Returned the device.

Not easy to set up. The instructions don’t account for a system where the modem and router are not one device. Since connecting the eero routers my internet service continuously buffers or stops. I’m contemplating returning this item.

When I purchased this item is working fine during a week I purchased but since after then it really slow is not fast enough the way it's when I purchased it. And this item is not up to one month before I purchased the item

Absolute garbage. Since this company was taken over by amazon the quality has gone down. I have experienced frequent drops and freezes of this mesh system. I have owned asus , linksys and ubiquiti and none of them had these issues. My recommendation is to stay away. Get yourself a linksys or ubiquiti

Purchased to upgrade from a stand alone router and move up to a mesh network. While they did eliminate my dead zones the speeds were much slower than my previous router. Ended up exchanging them for another mesh system.

It’s ok. Signal was not as good as I would have expected throughout my house. Ended up with another mesh system that worked better and saving this as a spare for now.

Tried for about a month to set up the EERO wifi system....could not get my switches to work properly (they lost wifi connection ever 60 seconds). Called EERO service...they, of course, blamed it on the switch programming. There is a problem with their software algorithms. Also, their software does not allow you to specify which node you want a device to connect to. Anyone with even a little bit of networking knowledge will not like this programming. I returned this item after @ 3 weeks and switched to another system.

WE CALLED THE COMPANY EERO TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP US HOOK UP. AFTER A LOT OF WASTED TIME, WE WERE TOLD TO "GIVE IT TIME" TO CONNECT, AND THEY WOULD CALL US BACK THE NEXT DAYTO CHECK-IN. WE NEVER GOT A FOLLOW UP A CALL. IN FACT, THE WIFI WAS NOT CONSISTENT FOR 48 HOURS, WE RETURNED THEM. ALL IS BACK TO NORMAL. GOOGLE AT THE OTHER HOME WAS A BREEZE.

My Xbox had so many problems playing live, some connected to my wifi without the password and it was locked. So I’m returning it for a refund. So said because I liked the set up

I purchased because I’m working from home, needed a reliable, fast internet connection and a BestBuy associate recommended it. Despite the positive reviews online, this is a terrible/unreliable item. My neighbors have the same Fios provider and theirs works very well. I’m only using my internet to read and send emails and to do 20 min. Zoom Calls with 8-14 participants max. twice per day. No matter the time of the day, the signal is always weak. I don’t game or stream. I’m done giving it a try, so I’m RETURNING IT !

I spent 4+ hours today trying to set this up with Rise Broadband. Rise requires authentication of routers or other devices connected to its network. These devices are apparently incompatible with Rise Broadband's internet service. Calling eero support does not help. They simply refer you to Rise Broadband and Rise refers you to eero support. Prepare to be on hold for a VERY LONG time and get no answers or help.

One puck stopped working after one year. I replaced these with the nighthawk pucks and they are much better.

I couldn’t set it up at my house, so my son came over to do it, and he couldn’t either. Figured it was just my set up so finally gave it to my daughter & her boyfriend. Took over an hour and a half for it to finally work, during which time they had no internet at all. WiFi continually kept dropping. They finally uninstalled it and haven’t had internet issues since. My return time has long since passed so I’m stuck with junk. Don’t waste your money, and if you have Comcast, they sell pods a lot cheaper!

This system has been the absolute worst!!! Throughout the day it drops our WiFi at least 7 times. We have two adults who work from home and one kid who is currently attending school virtually. It’s been 29 days since we purchased, I’m hoping we can return it or exchange it for something better.

once in a while my apple tv ,ps4 and phone disconnect from the eero system idk why this happends especially when im in the middle of a game.

This unit did not solve our internet connection issues so we returned it. But the customer service people made it easy and gave us a full refund.
