Customers are saying

Customers recognize the AC Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System (3-Pack) as being easy to use and setup, resulting in improved Wi-Fi range and coverage. Many appreciate the strong signal and the system's performance, especially considering its price. While some experienced buffering, the majority reported significant improvements in their Wi-Fi experience after installation. The positive feedback on ease of use and improved coverage outweighs the relatively few negative comments about buffering.

Worked OK for a while, then Xfinity decided to make a change... be sure it will work OK before you install it.

Connections kept dropping or hung on a 5 device eero network. Moved around constantly as recommended. No luck. My house is big, but not huge (2 story, 3200 sqft). In 1 of the devices, it almost immediately went red after a physical reboot. After 4 months, I finally had a belly-full and went back to native FIOS router, with a router extension on second floor. Expensive mistake ($400+). Not sure if it's eero or all if all mesh routers are still a work in progress.

    Nothing But Problems

Well I've given up on eero. Many of my devices get dropped for no reason at all. It's incredibly frustrating. Also you have very little control over any of the router settings. Let's say you wanted to change the channel on one of the frequencies due to interference - NOPE! You're stuck on the channel that eero is configured to. The convenience of the mesh is completely outweighed by all of the troubles and lack of control. $310 down the tubes......

It's just not amazing. Some improvement, but also some drops I didn't have before. I hardwired the gaming system and not dramatic improvements., same for main office computer.

Awful product, untrained tech support reps. After I set up this system down in my basement I moved the other two devices up to my second and third floor. The Eero on my 2nd floor would show one to two bars of signal and well let's not even talk about the one sitting on the 3rd floor. I called their tech support line and they tried to blame it on At&t and that's when I gave up completely. If their tech support is as bad as their product then I have nothing to do with it.

Easy hook up. However it is actually running interference with our modem and devices. We are going to return the eero set.

Super disappointed with this purchase. Bought it thinking it would fix my coverage issues. It fixed that but now I have a new problem. The routers lose connection once a day and I’ve tried everything to fix it. No it’s not my modem. Will be calling Eero to complain and I’m not usually this kind of person but for something that costs this much I expect it to actually work as intended.

One or two continue to go offline for no apparent reason. They do come back online but again, we cannot figure out why they go offline.

I am on T-Mobile and rely heavily on wifi calling. Wifi calls drops every time I move from one room to another even though I have full wifi signal.

Not impressed with this mesh system. Eero system kept going off and buffering. Replaced it with a Google Nest Wifi and it works great!

WIFI speed is not as advertised. I'm lucky to get 50 of the mbps at the devices vs what the modem is providing to the gateway.

We had to constantly re-start this wireless router. I don't know if it kept shutting off because of the wireless connection or because of the modem from Spectrum Cable. We have to constantly reboot the modem. I ended up buying a more expensive router and now stuck with this $90 EERO wireless router that we are not using

I purchased this EERO mesh wi-fi 5 series, and it has given me all kinds of connectivity problems with ALL MY DEVICES, especially my Security cameras, to this day I haven’t been able to pair them with the eero system. I’ve called customer service for EERO, COX Communications, and my Security camera place, and no luck getting them to work with eero. I would not recommend this at all !!!!
