    Geek Squad services really sucks

    Your automated system to geek squad is pretty poor. Got through to some one in 15 minutes discussed my problem, he put me on a “brief” hold and I waited Another 65 minutes before a new person (Aris) came on the line and we had to start all over again. He scheduled an appointment for 18 days from now to come and look at our system.

    I’m no tech guy, but im not stupid. Kept dropping connection to my tv, phone and pc. 20 minutes with tech support said its mi ISP problem. Call my ISP 40 minutes later they had me trying a few things and winds up a bad EERO router. Bavk to Bestbuy to return it. Grrrr!

    Our TV is still stopping like it is on pause It stops for about 30seconds then starts back up by it self.

    This device doesn’t even cover my first floor. It’s in a central location and hardwired to main router. Don’t recommend.

    Worked ok, dropped signal, could not handle many devices connected. Had to upgrade. You get what you pay for.

    Did not help our wifi at all. We have 3 levels did not help boost the upper and lower levels at all

    Returned them to the store after a couple of days trying to keep all 3 online at the same time. To bring one back online, you have to unplug and plug it back in, but that never kept them working for more than 2 or 3 minutes. Could NOT use the internet with eero in my house. I switched back to my ancient Apple Time Capsule.

    These cameras don’t stay charged and the installation to the app took 2.5 hours because they wouldn’t connect.

    This product has always gave me connection issues, it DOES NOT HAVE THE RANGE it states and the signal don't work good through walls and even worse if the door to the room is closed and the router is only like 25ft away. DO NOT BUY you will be sorry you did, I know I was.

    I’m not sure if it was my internet provider’s modem or my Eero system but the signal consistently dropped

    just a ok eero. Wish was the original design or had wifi6 features. Font like the new design or ui at all.

    Product claims easy installation when in fact it took many hours and Eero has very little customer support to help trouble shoot the installation problems. After multiple days and many hours of try and fail a independent tech came out and was finally able to get them working.

    The results I was hoping fornever happened. Modules were dropping out TVcontinued to buffer and computers were still slow. Speeds at connections never made it over 1Mbs. I will say the Tech line tried very hard to help me. They got back to me with ideas and were there with me until I finally gave up and bought a different router.

    Did not function for our cable needs Went back to old router Cable company told us it wasn't them Tried to get help at best buy..silverdale before we returned the unit. We were told they were booked up and would not event us ask a question. Complained to customer service.
