We have had these installed for 3 months now. When they work we have had no issues. But if the modem resets etc....we spend about 24 hours power cycling to get the main unit connected again. This leave us without wireless for that time period. It has happened 2x now in the past week and now the main unit won't power on at all. Turns out this is a common issue.

I returned this wi-fi system as I am not tech savvy, and did not understand how to set up the system.

I cannot tell you if it works or not. The product has not made any difference or improvement to to our system. In my opinion, I do believe that it is more of an internet provider problem (ATT) in which they have been of no help at all. I am changing internet providers as we speak and hope to have the service that we pay for.

Even eero tech people couldn't get it to work, spent about 2 hrs on the phone with them

Not what I expected. It did not boost the signal in the bedroom

Because i have a smart home lights along with other things a lot of stuff would not operate correctly i switched to one i could split the network the Linksys and everything working great they need to allow splitting between 2.4 and 5 instead they keep it bundled and a lot of reviews on Google say the same about this product

Horrible, unreliable with slow, inaccurate upload and download speeds when compared to ps4 readout . Every WiFi relied service I used did not function as well as the previous router the eeero was to replace. Also house I bought it for was much smaller than the square footage it said it provided for.

You need two, that’s just great, it’s alright other than that….

This system seemed to actually make our wifi slower, so I ended up returning it.

I could not get them to work had to get professional service

Bought this to allow my Optimum router/modem signal to reach “far end” of my small 1300sq.ft home. With Optimum, signal in eastern most rooms was weak and often would be dropped. Hooked up Derossi and no noticeable change. Will try to relocate router. Will be trying to return this today.......day 31. Ugh.

Many reviews of this item looked good. However, I was disappointed when I brought it home and tested it. Not sure what the problem was; maybe it was the construction of my house?....I tried several times to match it to my router, relocated to different places in my house; with no luck.

Do not waste money on this. This product does absolutely nothing that your current routers do not already do. There is no speed increase, no increased coverage area, etc. These are nothing more than normal router extenders that you can easily purchase at 1/2 the price.

It is supposed to extend your wifi and it does not do that.

They worked well for the first couple of weeks. Now they drop signal at least once a day. Not the best timing since I bought them for online schooling.

Our signal is no stronger and no faster. Now device drops happen regularly - a new problem! After 4 weeks, we are thinking this was a waste of money. We've had to reset connections several times. None of our troubleshooting has improved performance. A frustrating waste of time.

Did not work as intended so we had to return product.

I cannot get it set up. Will not pair. Help unable to get it set up..
