It is a fancy bad extender, that’s it.... I do not recommend.

We was told this would be enough for what we needed based off of our square footage...we asked if we should go with the higher business quality..we was told no this would be enough. However wish we would have got the stronger one made for businesses.

It didn’t work with our blazing hog internet. I wish it would have.

I bought my Eero for my 2 bdr apartment and I am still struggling with streaming videos and online gaming This mesh do not work properly, my suggestion would be to connect your tv, console direct to the router. I will exchange it or ask for my money back Totally disappointed

Pain in the butt to connect. Satellites don't work.

I purchased this after being told by plenty of people this is a good item. We added this to our modem and NO CHANGE still the same weak signal on our TVs. We keep getting the buffering signal over and over even when we shut off our WiFi in our other electronics. HELP?

Extremely difficult to use and the worst part was that it was highly recommended by the Geek Squad. When I tried looking for it in my purchases so that I could return it, it was nowhere to be found and now that the return date has expired it all of a sudden appears.

This product was not as it appeared to be. I had constant pausing problems while streaming and was told that this Router would help. I tried putting it in several areas in my home but the pausing did not stop. I returned the Router to the store.

Had a late gift exchange due to Covid. This item may set up easy but connection to sources is difficult if at all. You also cannot get in touch with customer service. Sorry I purchased this. Too late to return.

I waited to write this review to give this a fair review. I have found this product not very good because it does not boost my wi if range which was why I bought it.

Internet slow and one room/box doesn't work at all. I also purchased total protection plan but put on hold for over 30 minutes each time I call. Never actually talked to a human. "Hold time is 4 minutes". Really?!

did not work in a 600 square foot apartment, it took a week for the manufacturer to respond to my email, I had already returned the product.

I have a small home of 1,050 sq. ft. I assumed one would do since the eero is advertised for 1,500 sq. ft. Download and upload speeds were weak, unless you are in front of it. With that said, you many need one eero to cover one or two rooms.

Poorest product available! Will not connect ans prove service in my home! Has to have the cable company out twice to figure it out!

These do not stay connected. I have purchased a pro to use connected to my modem hoping that these 5 would stay connected to the 6 pro, but sadly they do not. Totally disappointed in the hyped up advertising on these.

Good whole-home coverage, but my smart home devices constantly go offline. There isn’t a way to manually assign devices to the 2.4 GHz band, which makes setup even more of a pain.

If you are like us and live in a rural setting with no dependable cellular connection, do not buy this product. You can only set up this device through an app on a wireless device with a cellular connection.

These work just fine, as ling as there is only one wall or floor between them. Once you add that second wall, our experience is the WAP kept losing it’s network connection. The in-store return process was easy.
