If you're looking at spending the money, purchase a different product. My Eero devices were defective after a year of using them.

I wanted to love these as a WiFi option but the network crashed all the time. I was resetting the router hubs 2-3 times a day and it was not worth it.

Its dead only after a few weeks use. The extended warranty almost covers nothing, you need to pay extra $$ to have tech to look at it. Don't waste your $$ on this one. Not happy.

Utter garbage! Satellite routers struggle to keep connected to the main router. These things are plagued with extremely slow WiFi speeds. Look elsewhere then these.

One of three units in the package were DOA, and even after returning product still getting pulses from customer support when they were not available when dealing with DOA unit.

a bit expensive for me, it did not configure to my existing internet platform - App wasnt helpful It wasnt a "Simple" install as it said.

Didn’t work with optimum so I had to return it. It wasn’t compatible which was unfortunate. It seemed like a good product, but never had the chance for it to work with my cable.

Sucked, poor mesh, fairly sure this was tracking my internet traffic and sending to 3rd party. returned it no issues. Got an amplify setup instead, that works way better.

THESE DID NOTHING TO HELP MY RANGE. I would not recommend this to increase wifi range. The west side best buy needs to be renamed to Worst Buy.

Unfortunately this device didn't hold up to its performance like the sales person had recommended, that made me make the decision to buy. I'm returning this asap.

Save your money because does not work as stated . The signal will not go through dry wall separations.

This was wasn’t great from what I thought. I returned this to get a real router that actually works. You need at east two to use the mesh which isn’t that great.

We live on the edge of the internet bubble. This system did not let us do work on the internet. Always lagging and dropping us. I returned it for a different type.

The first day worked great 2 weeks later it started to give me issues Like I would have no wifi on some of my devices or the TV would look blurry. Not happy at all.

They did not work. Evaluated be Geek Squad, a unit was bad. Call to company was no help after over one hour of the phone. Product was returned to Best Buy

Installed per instructions. Worked for few hours. Stopped. Uninstall and reinstall. Worked for a few hours more. Stopped. Took it back and bought Google.

Unit claims 5000 sft coverage but didn’t cover 1500 without buffering and dropped connections. Retuned and purchased competition has had no issues with theirs.

Would not recommend this product. Goes offline daily. Have to reset boxes constantly. Does not seem to improve internet speed.

These didn’t work for me. I think it may have been due to my Ecobee thermostat, but using these cut the internet speed in half from what it should be.

Constantly drops the signal. I would not recommend this device. The setup was not as easy as they said it would be. I ended up returning this device.
