Easy to setup. Plug into your router and download the app. Consistent bandwidth throughout the entire house. My house is 3 stories and about 3500 sq ft, no issues at all. Another great feature is you can hardwire a device using the satellites. Each satellite has 2 ethernet ports. If your house is not wIred for ethernet, this is a huge benefit.

This has been such a great purchase. The geek squad was excellent in giving us instructions on operating it. Responded immediately and answered the one question I had. Thank you.

This 'eero' system definitely assists with my current Wi-Fi in my residence! Where I had problems before the installation, I today no longer have those problems!!!!! It's a smooth and reliable system!

Easy setup. Was a solution for Connecting ibm, mac and network printers on another floor without running wires from the modem. I have put these devices in three residences.

This is the best whole home mesh Wi-Fi system! I love how fast my internet is around my entire house! I never drop a signal and it’s so reliable! Love this system!

The eero is doing its job. I no longer have problems getting Wi-Fi any place in the house with the 3 pack. The units are small enough so they do not occupy much space.

I love having extended WiFi signals on all 3 levels of my home. Very easy to set up and the app is easy to use.

I had an issue with connecting my extender. When Davonte from geek squad assessed the situation he told me right away what he suspected. I wasnt sure but after a quick verification check he performed, it was indeed that. Davonte suggestedthat I purchase the new Eero system; I did, and I'vehad no issues since. I am so glad Davonte was the tech that came out to my home. He was very professional, knowledgeable and he has restored my faith in The Geek Squad.

My eero worked splendidly for a year. No issues with speed, connectivity, and management. Last month, it started randomly dropping devices connected over wifi. After getting disconnected, it takes hours of attempts for devices to reconnect. This happened to everything (phones, tablets, laptops, game consoles). I went through all the troubleshooting steps with Eero Support and they could not figure out what's causing it. After 2 weeks of not getting back to me, I followed up and they still could not fix it. They said an IOT device somewhere close by is spamming the radio signals of the Eero that's why it's randomly dropping my devices, and the only solution is to find that device and turn it off. I live in an apartment building with people living above and around me, so that's going to be difficult to do. And even if I manage to locate it, I can't just order the device owner to turn it off. After not getting a solution for over a month thus having a hard time working from home, I caved and bought a traditional Netgear Nighthawk router and have not had any issues. So even if the offending device is still around, my new router doesn't have issues with it, meaning Eero is the problem, and they did not have a solution for it.

This Wi-Fi system has made my Wi-Fi so much faster, I don't know why I hadn't done this earlier.

Best decision I've made in a while. We have a large house and we now have Wi-Fi everywhere.
