I haven't been able to connect well, but now it's connected well to the Lower and upper floors

Love the functionalities through the app and the beacons to help with signal. However, since I’ve bought the eero, I frequently have to unplug the router and let it “cool off” so that it can work. It was happening about once a week for a few months, then it recently was good for about 2 months. However I just had to do it again and I must say it is frustrating. My wife isn’t technically savvy so this happening when I’m not home and is a huge inconvenience, especially with 3 little kids at home. For the price range, I did expect these issues.

This works great. It extended our range for our internet and really works great with my smart plugs.

It has really helped. We are now able to have reception in all rooms of our house

Upgrade from a single router to a mesh system to improve the WiFi throughout our house. Still learning about it though

Had these installed at various spots in the house to help boost my Wifi. The TV was consistently buffering and pausing prior to this when just connected to the existing router via Wifi. After a lot of trial and error, these nodes unfortunately did not do the trick. The problems still persisted despite a few attempted differing positions of the nodes. Finally had to go old school and connect via ethernet cord from across the room by running a cord along the baseboard. Quality has been perfect now so buying this system was a waste of money.

I purchased this on sale and that is the only reason I bought it. I thought it would work well for our 3500 sq ft house but had so many issues with having to reboot and restart. The entire system would have to be rebooted multiple times a day even though I was running the most current version of eero software. The router was very hot so we replaced it with another system that will hopefully work for us. The product worked well the first year but have had problems ever since. For the amount paid, it should last longer than 1 or 2 years. Disappointed in this product and brand.

I am giving it 3 stars because it buffers alot and the picture is blurry on Live events such as The Super Bowl and other sports games.

I dont see a difference in speed or connection. The connection is intermitten. So thats not all I thought it was.
