This has solved our dead spots in our house. Very easy to set up as well.

Setup was easy. Wifi works for around my house. Happy with product.

I have only had this system for a few weeks, but so far I am completely satisfied. I now have plenty of signal strength in the areas of my basement level that were a problem previously. I also like the fact that the devices are small enough they do not stand out - but blend in well with the rooms.

Reliable fast mesh network. Great experience so far. Easy initial setup. Not a big fan of managing the router thru a phone/iPad app only and no browser access, but so far I am generally happy with the wireless access. I have attached few unmanaged switches to get more wired connections for some important network devices. Overall a great mesh network.

Went to the store and asked employee how he would set up how his internet, i got this and the arris surfboard 3.1, he told me “you now have the Bentley of WiFi” he wasn’t lying this is fast getting 940mbps, eero gives you complete control of your internet, you can even create guest WiFi so you won’t have to give out pw, can see what devices are using which eero. Would def recommend.

Using downloaded app, installation was very smooth. First unit was hardwired to cable modem and desktop computer. App walked me through locating second device. It told me my choice of location was too weak. I relocated, the app said ok, and I repeated that process for the third device. I’ve got great coverage over a 4500sq ft house, on to the porches and a little into the yard.

It helped boost my internet at home. Everything runs smoother. No more lag

I bought this pack for my mom as well as my in-laws and it was a fantastic purchase. I’ve now upgraded both of their WiFi signals and they are blown away by how much more signal they are able to receive. They went from constantly buffering videos to having 4K streaming instantly. Highly recommend this product.

Our wireless router is in the basement and coverage on the 2nd floor was bad! My daughter has on line classes and needs good internet for video, etc. It was relatively easy to set up and install. There were problems the first few days but we were told to expect that. By day 3 we had a strong connection on the 2nd floor and have not had any connection problems since!

Great Wifi, and no problems after 2 years. Never have to reset or even use the app, not even when Xfinity has issues. Xfinity is a terrible company, with terrible service, and outages all the time, but as soon as bandwidth returns Eero is back up in mere minutes.

Economical price and good product. Setup was not overly technical either.

Purchased this to ensure better wifi throughout my house. Easy to set up...although you have to reconnect EVERY device connected to the old wifi which took some time. We now have more consistent internet in our house and less complaints from the kids! house is a 3000 sq ft ranch with a finished lower level.

I purchased these because I wanted my internet to be easy and on that eero fully delivers. Setup is simple and the app is nice to use. The problem I had was that I also wanted it to be fast. My download speed is 235mb and through the 2 eero not directly connected to the cable modem I was getting ~98mb and ~25mb. I think this is due to two reasons. 1) dual channel means they cannot maximize speed like the three channel (but are less expensive). This should be mitigated by using Ethernet as I was doing but for some reason we did not see our expected speeds. I called eero to troubleshoot that but they said if it not working as you like take it back (which I did). 2) WiFi power. These little routers are apparently not really beaming powerful WiFi like my past/current router, which can cover most of my house. In my case, the router connected to the cable modem saw 235mb download speed but once you were 10 ft away that speed dropped dramatically. These claim to cover 5000 sq ft but that must be over 3-4 levels. My house is 2700 sq ft per level and these three struggled to cover everything at low speed, not even close to our 235mb maximum speed.

Works good for streaming and gaming but seems to lack for phones and tablets.
