Originally purchased Orbi, after 6 mos there must have been n update. Could not get system to stay on line. Called Net Geat, they wanted $150 and 6 mos contract to help me. Decided it was easier to go with Eero and get extended warranty. Reviews did not list a problem updating. Two months in, we are so pleased we went with Eero. Read the reviews!

easy to install and gives us good coverage throughout the house

With schools in distance learning, 3 kids on 3 different devices were having Slow download speeds and glitchy zoom conferences. With the Eero no more problems with glitchy zoom calls and now they have fast downloads. It was easy to set up and connect to the house WiFi. And also a breeze to connect the devices-iPads, laptops, printer, iPhones.

I struggled with connectivity in my home office, and this product was recommended. An AC unit was blocking the signal to the front of our home. We put one of these in a room that shares a wall with my home office, and it doubled the speed in that room.

Works great. Don't know what I'd expect to pay for something like this but it did feel expensive at $250. That said, it did what it's supposed to. Wifi was directly in the middle of the house downstairs so the to upstairs bedrooms at the far end of the house got no signal and now they have very good signal. Home is less than 1300sf.

We bought this device even though we were concerned about the COVID-19 pandemic, and fearing we might need outside tech support. However, we are thrilled with the ease of installation, and sorry that we didn’t replace our previous device sooner. We had a great experience, and recommend this product to whomever will listen ... with no reservations!

This internet extender works wonderfully! After years of struggling and disappointment with our internet service to other places in our house, eero devices were the answer to stronger signals and the ability to gain access to programs we were paying for and unable to use on our TV. I am recommending this product to friends and family.

I was looking first for a WIFI extender but found this mesh system on sale. Its amazing how you can control Wifi devices, monitoring connection devices, schedule times, restrict internet for kids and much more....Definitely great product, not even to mentioned that resolved my signal problems in second floor and all around the house. 2500sqt ft.

The product was installed by the Geek Squad yesterday.It is for our condo in Tomah where we were having trouble with signal strength. The installation went well and 2 Geek Squad young men commented what a choice we made and how the signal strength had improved. We are very pleased. The install also included a modem from Best Buy.

I bought this system to upgrade my router and home network. After some research, the Eero system seemed to be the best fit for my home. The system is noticeably more powerful than my old router, works as advertised and the difference is quite noticeable in internet speed and streaming. I'm happy with the new system.
