With a two story home and a basement, there were several dead spots. Eero has resolved any issues with Dead spots. Such a great purchase. Recommended to any home with dead spots and multiple devices being used.

We had horrible connectivity issues before Eero. Lots of problems loading pages on our phones, buffering on the TV. Eero resolved them all!! I would highly recommend! Super easy to set up and install...and add to if you find other “dead” spots around your home.

Made a night and day difference when I installed this at my parents for them. Coverage was spotty at best with the single router but with this setup they have complete coverage over their entire acre property.

Picked this up after returning a different brand I had issues with and eero has been rock solid. Getting every bit of download speed from my ISP and the routers stay connected without fail. Easiest thing to set up and has been running uninterrupted ever since.

This is the best investment I've made in terms of wifi. It was very simple to install and my iPhone has access to the software where I can create the name of the wifi, create passwords, give temp access to guests with a QR code, etc. Love this!

It was about that time to replace my trusted Asus AC-1900 and I wanted to get my foot in the door with one of these simple mesh systems. As my current living situation (1 bedroom apartment) doesn't demand much, this suits my needs, with room to expand as my living situation adjusts. I went back and forth between this one and Google's and decided to go this route due to design and compatibility. The setup was easy but one thing to note, my iPhone kept dropping connection for the first few days and through my troubleshooting online I found it to be a common issue. Just as I was ready to give up and exchange for a different brand, I noticed that my issue stopped. Not sure if my troubleshooting finally did it or if it just took a few days to fully provision?

I bought this to update my houses wifi. Super easy to set up. Covers my entire house. I don't need all the tracking options the app provides but it's nice to have the option. Since I installed it I haven't had any issues.

I got this as per recommended by Chris at Best Buy tech support home visit. He set up my very old house to be smart friendly. So these work flawlessly. The extended and magnified my WiFi through thick walls.

Good: with getting services throughout the house. Was super easy to set up and allows you to look and see which devices are or were connected. Even allows to to block devices Bad: sometimes it seems like it’s lagging starts to go slow. But I guess that can happen with any device

We bought this to boost our internet signal. We have a large house and the modem was on the third floor. My husband set this up with ease and we are enjoying faster internet service. Even in the basement. Going to buy another to put out in screenhouse this summer.

When we all had to start working from home, I realized my wifi didn't reach all the areas it needed to... researched these and did the best buy curb pick up. Easy to install! And I can now even get wifi in my backyard which I never could before! Love them!

I bought this to boost my wifi to an art studio/outbuilding approximately 75 feet from the house where the modem/router is. It has given us wifi to the art studio as well as boosted the signal inside the house in a far room. Very happy with it.

Worked great in our historic home. With 18 inch thick brick interior walls our router just didn’t get the Internet to the other rooms of the house. This problem was instantly solved after a pretty simple install.

This system is above and beyond my expectations. It literally took longer to get out of the box and figure out where I wanted to put them than it did to set them up. I now have high speed WiFi throughout my entire back yard, storage barn etc. I highly recommend.

I replaced my router and access point with this system. There was nothing wrong with my old equipment except on occasion we would buffer in the farthest part of the house. This mesh system covers our house and we eliminated the occasional buffering.

We purchased the eero mesh wi-fi system due to a very slow unstable wi-fi network through our ISP. The speed of our wi-fi is double to triple what it was previously. Wow! Very happy with the mesh network and the installation provided by Best Buy.

I got 2 LG smart TVs and although i had lower end smart TVs, all of the sudden my WiFi wasn’t strong enough. These cured the issue immediately. Work great to help get WiFi all over our 2 story house to the TVs as well as 4 phones and who knows what else.

I had a bit of an issue with the initial setup, but since then the units have worked flawlessly. It's nice to have a strong signal from anywhere in the house. The software allows me to schedule the children's devices and alerts me when a new device logs on. The more advanced security features are subscriptions.

I wanted a router that fulfills the immediate need, but should also be scalable. Mesh was the way to go. And eero was a good buy, checking all the boxes...compact, very easy to set-up, controls on your smartphone.
