The mesh system takes some getting used to. The first week, I had to constantly reset each device because they kept going offline (my internet modem stayed online and was not the issue). The box came with little to no instructions explaining how to place the Eero’s throughout your home and how much space was needed between each device to operate properly (need at least 35 feet, I believe, between each). Once that was figured out, (I contacted Eero on a few occasions to learn this) it got much better. I do love the app and being able to create a guest account with separate password to protect my privacy. Within the app, you can move each device into each individual users profile and disable devices as you’d like. You can also test your internet’s upload and download speeds. It’s a very cool app!

Our internet coverage is so much better all over the house instead of in just close proximity to the router. We can even go out to the street and still have full signal!

We bought this Eero as a third router to our existing Eero system. It works great and gave is strong coverage in the areas of our home that previously had no coverage.

These work really well! I have a large building that needed wifi everywhere and these are the best for doing so. Very easy to set up and good quality. Only giving 4 stars though because they are quite pricey compared to other brands.

Works great! My wifi has never been faster and more stable. I did not have to change the service from the internet provider to gain speed and stability. Really goos idea to pair it with a high quality modem and not use the modem provided by the internet providers (who charge the customer for the speed-restricting modem). Love the fact that it creates only 1 network regardless how many satellite devises are installed (not one network for each). It is a little tricky to set up in the beginning as it needs to be configured to the internet service but once setup is very simple to use.

I bought the 2 pack when it was on sale...so far I have only using two of the hubs and have great coverage throughout my home.I am not sure I need the third Worth every penny.

This eero system is great. Bought this beacon to enhance my system, placed this toward the front of my house, now my outdoor Nest camera is even better. Money well spent.

Easy to set up, tech support guide me step by step for setting up parental control. Wish it has channel selector, but at this price point, can't really complaint.

A breeze to setup and configure. Have two eeros in place and the signal is strong and solid. Great app for keeping it all under control.

I have a very large, spread out quad level home from the 60’s. I now have fast WiFi in every room of the house. Setup is super easy. Security is strong. You really can’t go wrong.

Upgrading from a regular WIFI system and extenders, no more lagging when WIFI switches, Almost 3 months with no problems at all. The only thing is that the system chose by itself between 2.4 or 5Ghz you cannot do it manually, so some times I found my Iphone on the 2.4GHz being interfering by the microwave. The app is exactly I was looking for, notifications every time a new device is connected (you can be aware if some device that doesn’t belong to your home) the status of each device and be able to create a group (for my kids the apple TV, the Ipads have scheduled off for night time) I recommend this product!!!

Our wifi with spectrum was spotty and wifi wouldn't extend to the garage area. This was easy to install, and we don't have any more issues or dead spots. Works great.

They definitely increase the wifi signal throughout my 2 story home! Great purchase. Just wish there was an option to be battery operated and for some reason itisn't compatible with my booster for my phone.

Thus was a replacement for my Nighthawk router and it works awesome. Very easy to install and I love the ability to now monitor my network.

This is a great wifi system. Three pods placed around our larger house. Covers the whole house, including garage on the lower level. Super-strong wifi signal throughout.

2 stars because setup was easy and relatively hassle free. The afternoon and evening were fine with it and coverage was great. The next morning it wasn’t working. According to my ISP, the device was backfeeding all of connecting MAC addresses back into the network; which it obviously shouldn’t do. Eero support was basically nonexistent beyond “have you tried resetting the device?” Since the app is extremely limited in functionality and there is no web portal for the unit, it’s basically impossible to troubleshoot and is treated as a disposable unit by Eero.

This system works great for more consistent internet speeds and connectivity throughout the house. The only issue I have is my WiFi connected thermostats will no longer connect to the new system.

Love this item has greatly improved the household internet. The kids are able to play their games at the same time. I'm able to surf the internet without any problems.

Easy set up and greatly improved WiFi coverage of throughout home to smart TV’s and iPhones. Extended Strong coverage to complete yard. Very happy with recommend of Best Buy employee.
