Great overall system. Tech support not so much

We got two set up without a problem, but the third one we cannot get set up. We paid for the extra 2 year support, but couldn’t reach anyone. It seems the numbers go to the tech support for the store, not just for those that buy extra protection. So, we are still struggling to get it set up in the place that was giving us problems to start with.

Amazing set up!

Easy and amazing upgrade to my home WIFI

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a couple "high-end" wireless routers in my house that I could never get to work properly or they would drop out, not connect, etc. I purchased these on the recommendation of a Best Buy home advisor. Simply turned them on and they connected and were up and running. Covers my whole house very well. Family loves them and says that WIFI is amazingly better, consistent, and fast. Only complaints is that using Uverse I need to put them in bridge mode to keep the default 192.168.1.x domain. I would like to be able to change the default eero sub-domain. I would also like to be able to turn on or off the 2.4 or 5GHz networks.

Fantastic Wi-Fi system for multiple locations!

This Eero System reaches into my back house office from the front house. WiFi signal is strong and multiple users do not slow it down. While it is concurrently used for movie streaming, office printing and online usage, and gaming, there has been no interruption to any of the users. Attractive and low profile, this is an excellent choice!
