Great, seamless system

Had to call customer service for some particular issues at my house, and they were excellent - listened well, walked me through everything patiently and unhurriedly. I can't recommend them and this system enough, because we no longer have complaints in the household about wifi - priceless!

The mesh network really expands the Wi-Fi range inside across multiple floors and provides some outdoor connectivity within about 50 feet of house. I'm sure there are higher bandwidth options but this does the job for us.

We got the 1st generation Eero and problem solved. It was time to upgrade and went with generation 2 Eero. We were able to use the generation 1 Eero (which still worked fine) and created and even better mesh network at the house. Very Happy.

Incredible ease of setup and use!!!

Cons: Not as fast or as wide of coverage as Netgear Orbi Mesh system. I actually returned this product, because I needed more Ethernet ports that the Netgear Orbi (Twice as many ports). And the Orbi was faster and provided better coverage for my unique needs.

The links system constantly had issues due to neighbors system. Charter system had issues too. Eero has been great! Geek Squad professional installed … very small and cute design for desk and end tables.

I really didn't want to spend too much money but ended up buying eero system based on my personal research and the helpful salesperson. Now I've got great reception throughout the house. Installation was straight forward and had no problems linking the units to the main hub

Like the system so much, bought 2nd set up

Long time apple network owner. Upgraded from Apple extreme environment-faster connection iOS compatible, even more so than Apple extreme actually, and accessible remotely. Would absolutely recommend the system. Using the second system to extend network throughout the property
