Had this for a month and it's worked as described.

This system is as good as advertised. Since installation I have great and consistent wifi on all three floors of house. Signal is strong and 4k streaming is now a breeze. Love the app as well and the information and control it offers. Would highly reccomend to anyone with three plus floors and 12 plus devices.

Good camera for older people to understand how to use.

The eero units did great in my house covering about 4000 sq ft. But I really wanted the WiFi to reach our pool area and our pool house which is about 80 feet from the main house. eero Pro system could not do it so this set was returned and I ended up going with Orbi which provided all the coverage I needed. Setup for both was very easy so no issues there. Bottom line - the eero system worked well with good speed and coverage in my house but lacked additional coverage outside the house which is what I was really looking for with a Mesh WiFi System.

These have made the pandemic livable. Rock solid, frequent updates, and blazing speed that can keep up with my cable modem connection. Gets even better with a subscription to eero secure, which ads ad-blocking and threat monitoring to the network (also great for monitoring kids).

The equipment is great and the team members who assisted in picking the system were great. If there were anything I was disappointed in it would the phone system at this store. Trying to get through to the store (which I never did get through), on hold for hours and disconnected several times, missed out on a hundred dollar price match. Tell your managers when they give the 'I'm sorry', try to look as they actually are. Need acting class!

Great way to cover your whole house with your fast wifi

This is a great WiFi system for a large area to cover.

Easy install. Great customer service. UNBELIEVABLE product

Working at home due to the pandemic we were getting a lot of drops from our wifi. The Eero has corrected it. We have not had any drops since. We have had three different computers on zoom at the same time with no issues. Expensive but well worth it for working from home.

I purchased these as an immediate upgrade over the 1st Gen system; had the 1st Gen for a couple of days but experience was poor. I was told this was the best mesh system on the market. The setup was actually very easy, the app very slick, and the design is very sleek. I can say setting this up was pretty exciting. The good: Very good range, very stable connections and switching was seamless. The app was very easy to manage and I could manage devices well. The bad: Connection speeds were terrible. I had 480 mpbs down on the router, but wireless connections to devices, even feet away with newest wireless adapters, would pull maybe 40-50. PS4 updates took forever (slow speeds) when wired. Everything slow. I tapped out when Netflix refused to load on a wired connection. We tried all support suggestions, reboot routers, modem, devices. Problem would persist. Customer support is INCREDIBLY SLOW. If you value looks over speed, with a stable connection, it could be for you. App allows parental controls.
