Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

Love this product. Before I had this system the internet in my home office would go in and out because of the distance from the modem. Now it only goes out when the entire Internet goes down.

I purchased this Pro system to build a mesh system in my house and the level of control and ease of installation made this a fantastic buy. Quite simply, this is an amazing product and the support by this company is awesome.

Coupled with 440x20 Internet speed, these Eero routers (3), deployed thru my home, give 'Ethernet-connected' speed and connection quality. When you add Brave browser to the mix, you will be lightning-fast on all of your devices.

I think this is the best of the non wifi6 mesh systems. I like the Esther net connection at the satalite hubs. Coverage is great and set up a breeze. I’m sure the price will come down as technology improves so I would buy this only if you have dead spots and have to use a mesh system.

Had a horrible storm hit and lightening killed my original eeros. It’s such a good product I bought them a second time to replace the old once, on of the few systems that will filling push out wifi over 100 over wifi

I bought an old house with no network wiring and the estimate to wire and add access points throughout the house was over $5K. I’m amazed that for less than $500 I was able to solve this problem and I have great signal even on the 2nd floor!

After reading all the good reviews from this mesh wifi I decided to try it out and let me tell you, I’m glad I bought it. A little pricey but worth it so far I haven’t got any problems with coverage I’m really happy.

Before I buy an item I investigate the product and check reviews. I read a lot of reviews that said they had a problem with Apple products. I had absolutely no problems with my Apple products. I have 2 iPhones and 2 iPads. No problems what so ever.

We were getting very spotty wifi in our home. A Best Buy salesperson recommended the eero Pro Mesh Wifi System to us. We figured it was worth a try. It definitely was not cheap, but we are getting much better wifi now. eero is our hero!

Product works very well, I was surprised that it not only works in doors but outdoors as well- Even in cold weather. But you do have to purchase some small plastic sleeves that the euro fits in to if you want to suspend it from an outdoor overhang.

If you need modern (2020) features that come standard in other mesh products, look elsewhere. Using Eero's products looks easy until you actually have to make changes. First, they tout their product as being mesh, but that's only simplistic in that there are several access points advertising the same SSID (network name). When it comes to walking through the house while using Wi-Fi calling on a cell phone or streaming a movie from a laptop, expect to lose the call and the movie to buffer; AP to AP handoff is terrible and downright doesn't work. Second, Eero's user interface and back end capabilities limiting to the point of paralysis. Eero tech favors and forces 5GHz connections, but some devices need 2.4GHz to join a network. I've had three devices from well-known vendors simply be unusable because the Eero network won't let them join on the 2.4GHz band. This limitation tells me that the Eero code is poorly written and unable to properly broker connections to devices. On other mesh devices, I've EASILY been able to join TV's, lights, smart devices, etc. without this problem. Eero says that I can call their support and they can reach into my Eero device at home and temporarily force 2.4GHz connections long enough to let my device(s) join. This raises questions: Why do they have access to my device at home? Why do I have to play games with them to simply get a device to join my network? Why don't they fix their code so this is no longer a problem? Third, any time that I've opened a support case with Eero, they are slow to respond and end up telling me that there's something wrong with my device and to call the manufacturer. These are the same devices that work fine on any other network. They also told me to join their forum to work through these issues with other users. Was that a joke? I'm not responsible for making their product better. This is a free market economy, and I can just take my money elsewhere. I've had the Eero Pro 3 pack for 6 months and am quite unhappy. I am now considering the $500 spent as a lost investment and am looking for something better. Please take my advice and look for a better network technology.

After 3 years of suffering with spotty home wifi, a geek squad representative solved my problem. He installed them in a very short time, re-tested every room in the house for placement & we were good to go. Thanks geek squad.

3 level house had issues with WiFi dropping in areas. Since install no issues with multiple devices running thruout house. Twice we’ve had a red light issue but after resetting the main device it came back up within a minute.
