    This is a good set for those that have about 300 mb/s and lower download speeds. I have a gig fiber connection and this set just can't reach those speeds.

    Getting hot the devices all along the time and the customer service email is not responding for ever. Scaring the hot surface at home.

    I like the product but it's kind of expensive to just ensure that the Direct Tv "On Demand" dowloads faster and for my grandkids' ipads to run in most of our rooms when they visit.
