Does not work and poor customer service.

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased back in January because I was told by a Best Buy rep it would enhance coverage to run a few ring products. It worked great for 5 months then became intermittent. Would not work often, phones would say WiFi not connected, switch to wireless network, ring cams won’t load. I have been trouble shooting for literally 2 MONTHS! Eero seems to only communicate via email so when I tell them what the outcome of a step they had me take it takes 24 hours to get the next step. Nothing they have had me do works. They acknowledge the problems I’m having. They see my system failing every time I tell them it did but the refuse to replace any units not working. I even bought a 4 unit to add better coverage. It does not work and customer arrive suck most expansive WiFi ever. I’m in to this thing 600 plus tax and they are nothing but paperweights. I may burn them and try the google WiFi we use at work. Seems to work great in the office. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Garbage

It worked great until I had a network hiccup and it lost ISP connection. When that happened the network it created for the home was lost. I reset it manually as it could not recover from the situation. About 6 hours later it happened again, and I was home for it. It cropped itself yet again. The network it creates dies if it looses its connection to internet. I returned this unit.
