    I had been using this for 1 year and 10 months. It was working fine. I was satisfied with the easy to setup and no dead zone for my wifi. But recently all my satellite Eeros’ were having connection issue with gateway Eero. Then it randomly drops the connection. Now it’s not connecting to each other and all the solutions Eero is giving me are basically turn them off and turn them back on, soft reset, hard reset and etc. Nothing works. Who would want to spend $500 and having issue within less than 2 tears? I am not a person who would write review, but this is something that people should know. This is most expensive router system I have ever bought. This worst router I have ever purchased in my entire life now.

    Little pricey but easy to setup and works so far. Good for beginners who don’t want a lot of custom configurations.

    We did not need this high of a system. We returned it and purchased to Orbi model. I can fairly rate the EERO.

    We live in a rural area and don’t have the best internet to start with however the intention of the device is to extend the service you have to all areas of the home. Our home is 3000sf, no metal roof...I have 3 extenders located in a chain-like fashion throughout our home but still are unable to get WiFi service at the farthest room, even when the product advertises extended reach 6-8000sf. Disappointed.
