Know if it was me or the product, but I had no luck getting this to work smoothly. Wifi I would go in and out and it was not an enjoyable experience. I actually return this and got the Google mesh system and that one is actually working out a lot better.

This is a quality product that will produce many years of joy.

I’ve got a 4500 sq ft house and 3 pro’s that I started with left tons of dead spots. Had to buy another pro/2 beacon pack making this around $700. It’s locked up several times in just two weeks requiring a reboot. Not really impressed but not a lot of options though.

This unit is worth the money and is reliable. It has only went out once.

Glad we finally have seamless internet service throughout our hot.

I’ve had the Pros for several months now and it was only when I upgraded from 100 to 500 from my provider did I realize I wasn’t getting the speeds I was subscribed for. I’ve had an ISP tech out twice and have proven that I’m getting well over 500 directly wired and wireless from the modem router, but as soon as I engage the eero for wireless I can only get close to 90. My modem is an Arris SB6190 and can support up to 200, more depending on the review. This is not an isolated issue, there are numerous Internet forums that describe this problem and I’ve yet to find a solution in any of them. Oh and attempting to get technical support is horrible. They have incredibly long wait times and don’t respond to emails. Buyer beware.

The product was good but the installation process was not as good

The eero - Pro WiFi System (3 eeros), 2nd Generation - White is the worth every dollar. It solved all my issues with all the devices that I have. My entire family is happy with the capabilities, the application, and the support. Thank you Best Buy! and Thank you for your trusted advisor support and intel.

Works great sometimes but not all the time. Live in a townhouse with 3 floors and a loft. Have 3 gamers was looking to extend WiFi and still maintain the speed. It may work better in a different type of home with less floors.

Works better with spectrum. If you have TWC don’t waste your money

Wont let you set up wherever you want, but overall very good.

Does work well but it's not extraordinary for the price.

It also has something you can subscribe to, to keep your IP safe.

Just ok. Actual wifi speed is slower from older netgear router (based upon fast.com) speed tests. But it doesn’t drop the wifi requiring a router reboot on a daily basis, so I guess from that stand point it’s probably worth it.... but for what this thing costs, I expect faster speeds.

Help me with problem of the WiFi in my house a lot.
