Follow directions closely and you will have no problems

Purchased on 6/20/2019, had to wait 3 weeks for install to coincide with security system. The eero was recommended to work with the Arlo security cameras. The Tech had no problem installing it. However, 12 hours later, it had dropped all devices. I unplugged it and plugged back in, reset the devices, and it all worked for a few hours and then dropped again. After 2 days, contacted the Geek Squad, and was told a Tech would have to come back to troubleshoot or replace. However, it would be 2 weeks before a Tech was available. Considering I only had the system for 3 days, that was unacceptable so I cancelled the order and returned it. After the fact, I read some of the reviews and saw where others had problems with dropped connections.

If you need wifi and you don't have it how do you read online directions!! to install very difficult. Didn't mention that every item in house would need to be reset. Didn't seem to solve wifi issues we had. now having to dish out for Geek Squad to the rescue!

Tried the zeros mesh wifi 5 system for about a week and returned it. It was not delivering the results I wanted. Purchased to the netgear Orbi Wifi 6 mesh system and it delivered in every way possible, couldn't be happier.

My use was going fine until I had to set up a dedicated IP address. I then found out that the only way to maintain the system is through a phone app. Turns out that I sometimes have trouble using phone apps due to vision and dexterity issues. For a job like this I would use a PC application where I can enlarge the screen and have a keyboard. So I have tried to get in touch with EERO. After waiting on the phone a couple of times with now answer I sent in a ticker. After a couple of days I get an email saying that they like my feature request and I should go on line and vote for it. I do not believe anyone read my email and they do not understand the issue. Poor customer support. I wish they would have made it clear that you can only support through a phone.

My wi fi signal is much better throughout the house

Eros has increased my wifi power for better streaming.

This is supposed to be a whole house WiFi system, up to 4,000 sf. When Netflix is playing, my iPad buffers. If my husband is watching a video on his iPad, my iPad buffers or streaming buffers. It’s frustrating.

I have great wifi in large house with this product

Works fine for the price but I would buy the protection plan in case it freezes up after a year and has to be restarted. I bought this for my house, but I think my house is too spread out for it to work effectively

I bought a 2 pack of these...One worked, the other one didn't. Called their customer support, and they said they would send a new one...but they never did. Got the old one fixed myself.

For most people this is probably a great product. I have buyers remorse because I wish I had more customization options within the software. But I’ve had very few issues with these.

I'M SURE THE EEROS WORK OK, BECAUSE THE GREEK SQUAD INSTALLED THEM AT OUR PERMANENT HOME & THEY EVIDENTLY WORK WELL! HOWEVER, I BOUGHT THIS SET FOR MY SECOND HOME WHERE NO GEEK SQUAD IS AVAILABLE. I INSTALLED THE EEROS BUT HAVE NO IDEA IF THEY ARE WORKING CORRECTLY BECAUSE THE DIRECTIONS OR LACK THEREOF ARE SO CRAPPY!!! EVEN YOU TUBE WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL. I DID WHAT THE SALESMAN TOLD ME TO DO WHEN I BOUGHT THEM BUT HAVE NO IDEA THAT THEY ARE WORKING BECAUSE NO WHERE I COULD FIND GIVES DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO ASCERTAIN IF THE UNIT ARE ACTUALLY OPERATIONAL!!!!????
