This product may work well in your home but it's interior in a business seeing. Go straight to routers for faster speed, better connection, and lower cost. Oh, and their customer support is unparallel for being BAD!!

I paid over $500 for system and don’t work that good still slow

I returned this item after a few days because the USB ports are only for diagnostics, they can't be used to attach an external hard drive. I should have done more research, but I assumed that since the ports were there, they would serve some purpose. I was wrong.

One more powerful than 2 or 3 at times. Returned it.

I have the Pro Mesh Wifi system plus three add in mesh units. My house is under the 5000 sq ft size recommended. A manager at Best Buy talked me into purchasing the eero system. He said he owned the first gen units and was getting great coverage. I lose signal while I am sitting in direct view of a wired unit about 20 ft away. I lose connection with my home cameras very often. This system is very frustrating especially after spending so much money on it. I would definitely not recommend purchasing this. I wish I would have gone with a cheaper router that I initially wanted to purchase.

Setup is easy. Had to get multiple sets to accomplish goals.

What A HUGE disappointment!!! the system was recommended by the sales rep at the store, stating that it'll be enough for my 2,200 square home..., let me tell you it wasn't. in order for the bases to work you have to be in the same room, and even there, the band width will be slashed, at least in half!!! so much so that I had to buy a beacon in order for the signal to reach the master bedroom only, it didn't! Chopy connection or complete loss of signal!!! a nightmare! specially at that price point! to make it even funnier, I contacted EERO customer service/technical support and I am still waiting for them to address my questions!!! Such a bad experience that I returned everything and bought the Linksys by Netgear, what a diference!! easy to set up and perfect signal everywhere in the house.

Terrible product you pay a lot of money in the company will not even give you control to do quality of service settings or port configuring. You have to call them and they will do it

Very unhappy with this purchase. Can’t connect sometimes even though I can connect to my router directly. Range can not cover my house (and my house is not that big). Also, the app is hard to use and not very user friendly.

It didn’t take care of my problem or increase int.

This device is a nightmare, we were very excited about this advice three days after hooking eero up everything went wrong we originally thought it was our Internet connectivity causing Comcast to come to our house five times in one week only to find out this device is just not compatible with our smart home. We are not sure if it's the Nest devices that caused the issues and communicating with the system however our connectivity drops off every few hours and contact the eero support is a disaster!!

After experiencing issues with 2 different mesh WIFI systems (mainly firmware), I decided to spend a little extra and try the Eero Pro. Set-up via the Eero App was very easy and fast and all 3 nodes were up and running within 10 minutes. I've had the system for a week and it has been rock solid...no issues, no dropped connections and I am finally getting the speed I am paying for everywhere...238+ down / 12 up. One note - the nodes seem to get a little hot but I am told this is normal.

We tried this system in an attempt to help with wifi issues we were experiencing due to a lot of devices that are connected including PlayStation Vue on our TV. Mind you, PlayStation Vue can suck the life out of your wifi. Eero didn't perform as hoped. We exchanged this for an Orbi that seems to be working much better.

Best Buy Geek Squad told me this was the best WiFi System. Sometimes my phone says "Weak WiFi". I have Ring DoorBell System. Sometimes I'm NOT notified on my phone that someone is in my driveway or even at my front door.
