It covers an entire three story home and more. But the WiFi speeds never reaches 100mbps and wired connection never reaches 200mbps. I have gigabit internet setup. For a $500 mesh system I am very disappointed

The salesperson was persuasive but the product performance is mediocre at best. Signal may be slightly enhanced vertically but not at all horizontally. Infinity cable box as good. A disappointing waste of five hundred dollars.

Tried for about a month to set up the EERO wifi system....could not get my switches to work properly (they lost wifi connection ever 60 seconds). Called EERO service...they, of course, blamed it on the switch programming. There is a problem with their software algorithms. Also, their software does not allow you to specify which node you want a device to connect to. Anyone with even a little bit of networking knowledge will not like this programming. I returned this item after @ 3 weeks and switched to Ubiquiti.

No review. Appointment scheduled for delivery and installation on Saturday, October 31, 2020, between 7 AM and 1 PM. No one showed up during that time window. We did get an email saying "Reggie was on his way, Expected arrival at 2:05 PM". Apparently his did show up, but did not announce his arrival, either by knocking or by telephone, so we did not know he had arrived. He went away with the product he was to install, No pleased.

Bought these and used them for a little over 2 weeks. The Eero pro security trial had ended and all of a sudden there’s stutters in my internet especially while gaming. It could be a coincidence but who knows. I went back in on day 18 to return and they said I could not due to me missing the 14 return window. Not sure who has a 14 day return policy in the middle of a pandemic but ok cool. I’ve since bought the ASUS rt-ax92u-’s and they work 3 times better. Obviously I didn’t buy the new paid off Best Buy since their return policy is garbage.

Did not even last 2 years. This unit was easy to install but replacement in 2 years is crazy

Haven't been able to stay connected to wifi to really give it a fair review, but I've been very frustrated with losing connection or not having connection at all.

This mesh network does not deserve the high marks it receives from reviewers as it may disrupt many of the smart home products consumers use. Most importantly, printers. Since installing the eero mesh network my HP printer has been taken out of action. Eero admits they are at fault but offer no remedy. Others have found smart thermostats have failed. All because the eero, for security reasons, blocks them from the home wireless network. If I still had the packaging I would return this to BestBuy today.

I was really disappointed with this mesh system. Not that it did do the job it was intended for, rather it kept dropping out at random times after setup, in which I had to continually reboot it. Unfortunately, if didn't start dropping out until I got my whole lighting system converted to it. What a pain it was to convert, then re-convert back to my original wireless router. Anyway, back to the store it went. I may have just purchased a lemon, but didn't want to take a chance.

THE VELOPS ARE EXTREMELY MORE POWERFUL AND IF YOU HAVE TROULB JUST CONNECT MAC/PCR TO THE PARENT NODE AND THE TEAM DOES THE REST. THIS PRODUCE IS TRASH! WITH VELOPS SPEED TEST DOWN MBPS 680-725 BAD DAY. 6 60+ SMART TVS, 1 MAC, 2 LAPTOPS, 3 IPHONES, PLUS ALL OF OUR ADT CAMERAS THE RING AND PRINTER STILL 680-720 MBPS AND 65-73 UPLOAD. THATS WITH EVERYONE HOME USE SEVERAL DEVICES. EEROS CANT EVEN BEGIN TO SUPPORT A FAMILY OF 3! WE HAVE BEEN BUFFERING SINCE WE BOUGT THIS PRODUCE!

The $500 system does not do what it says it will do. We continue to have slow or no signal when we are on our devices in our home. The devices continue to turn red with no service. We were so excited to finally find a system that would help our internet speed and it is not what it suppose to be what so ever. Extremely disappointed especially knowing we spent $500 on this system.

Paid for this to be installed and it’s not working properly. My printers don’t work with one of my computers. My Google Home doesn’t work. The guys that came to install said they don’t do printers so here we are waiting over two weeks again to get everything working properly. Forget tech support. Not worth it anymore.

Don't live with up to it's name, don't waste your money......................................

It hasn't been installed yet! Due to the Corona Virus, our installation appointment was cancelled per Best Buy.

I have been working with computers and related hardware for 36 years, including stuff like routers, modems, etc. No matter how hard I tried, I could not get this system to configure. The phone-app setup is inconvenient at best, and in my case, just, flat, didn’t work. I returned this system to Best Buy and bought a Netgear mesh system instead.

Did not meet my expectations at all for 500.00 on phone with tech support for almost 4 hours.when connected next day kept loosing signal had to keep signing in to connect also did in any way covered the range it should have reached. Gladly returned it did not purchase another router I will have to have a professional come and help .

I don't get the extended Wi-Fi service I would expect for $500. I'm going to give it one more shot then will return

STILL trying to set these us, I will retry, and If I am successful, I will let you know how they perform. Frustrated with set up. Need better diagrams and instructions. All the manufacturer videos make it seem so easy. I will try again...

My new eero WiFi works great with my laptop, but slow as death with my iphonex. It isn’t the phone or my internet because the phone works great on other WiFi systems and my PC works great on my internet. I’m working with eero customer service but haven’t fixed the problem yet. I’m seriously thinking of returning the eero to Best Buy and getting a Lynksys WiFi

seems like it dropped down in speed as soon as it was to late for me to return it.
