    Unworkable App for Eero 5.

    The installation instructions are not workable in the app. Waited all morning on 10/12 for the Geek Squad. They failed to show up and did not notify me until the afternoon. Unable to get a new appointment. Very frustrated!

    Not Easy to Set Up - MISTAKE

    After 2 calls to EERO tech support, and 5 calls to other connecting devices' tech support, I finally got it to work with MOST of my devices. I wish I had bought another system. $500 for a system that cost me TEN HOURS on the phone and resetting my two-dozen-plus devices is abhorrent.

    I purchased 2 pro packs and connected everything only to discover that this brand has absolutely ZERO IPV6 support, no where in any of the hundreds of reviews i read did it ever say they didnt have support for a internet protocol that has been standard in the US for over 2 years and that is supported by every $50 router on the market

    Does not work with a brand new Nighthawk router I purchased. I should have stick with Orbi. They’ve worked for me before. I was hoping to save some money and go with the eero. Not helpful if it never connects to the internet.

    Purchase this for six years and used it until August 2020 when I gifted it to a friend. To this day they are using it. It was fast, reliable and easy to set up with the app. The signal was great. Occasionally, you had to reset it when the network went down, or it needed updating but they all do.

    Used Apple's AirPort Extreme for years. Saw this getting old and started looking at other options. When the researching was done, I settled on eero, hoping that the reality lived up to the online reviews. THEY DO. After purchasing a pair of eero gateways, I set them up (in less than ten minutes) and connected all of my devices -- and in a snap, I was up and running, just as advertised. I couldn't be happier! My devices are now able to enjoy my cable modem's speeds without the bottleneck of poor coverage. I'm saving my pennies for a Beacon to open up things in the backyard. The app is outstanding as well. Couldn't be easier! I can't be happier. The advertisements are true. The quality is excellent, and the performance is way beyond my expectations!

    it is not a physicall product..it's a service product..almost 3 weeks and no one will follow up on a service call..u make the timed scheduled..I agree..the service reps never follow up or call...fakesrv agreement

    Great system for multi-level house

    Our Netgear Nighthawk served us well for 4 years but when it came time to replace it, our Best Buy rep suggested the wifi mesh system. We have 3 levels in our home (about 3k square feet). With this system, we get our the full download and upload speeds we're paying for all over the house. No dead spots. Set up is very easy with the app. The box doesn't come with any printed instructions so be ready for that. But you don't need them. The app walks you through the whole thing. We paired this with a Neatgear CM1000 modem. It's pricey, but if you've got gamers and streamers in your house, it's worth a shot. I'm very pleased with this system.

    I submitted a power cord replacement ticket 11 days ago and it still has not been shipped to me on a system that I bought less than a year ago. This slow response to such a minor issue has me questioning this product,

    I was skeptical in buying this product mostly due to the price. I have been a big Linksys fan for decades but after having a dead spot and weak signal with my WRT3200AC, I opted for a mesh system. Went into the store looking at the Linksys mesh system but the bestbuy workers talked me into getting this one, and boy were they right. I bought the three eero system as a long term solution but only use two currently. No more dead spots or weak signals! I get the same speed with wired and wireless devices. Very easy setup also! Only thing I wish it had was a web portal option as doing everything from my phone is not ideal.

    Might not be the products fault but didn’t help with our internet issues. On top of that, it used up our data( what we were told) so we had to discontinue using.

    Hello I am a YouTuber, I tend to stream quite often and have multiple devices on my Wi-Fi. I was very impressed by the quality built for these they do get a little hot but it doesn’t seem to affect their performance . I use to use a WiFi Extender Ac 1200 NetGears and it would be good at times and totally get messed up on others. The Eeros have never given me a problem and I’m always testing at about 500Mbs. They always have a month update that takes about 2minutes to be downloaded. I haven’t had any random ping spikes or any drop off issues at all.

    If works for awhile than it will stop working and works after I reset, works for about a day and have to reset it again, if you don’ want consistent WiFi get this, if not get another system!

    You can get it to work but you have to change A LOT on how it operates. And even then it’s a headache. Wasn’t any fast then my old school AirPort Extreme.

    The device keeps restarting and dropping network every 3 minutes. Customer service is very poor, more than 20 emails with no solution, only we are going into circles.
