Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

Great Product No More Dead Spaces

I had gone into Best Buy to pick up one of those massive wireless routers to replace the one provided by the internet provider which was inadequate for our household. The sales associate came over was very helpful and went over all the different options based upon what I wanted. Then he mentioned the EERO mesh system. Never heard of it before and really was not interested. However, the more he explained it the better it sounded for my household needs. We took it home and the wife had it up and running in 15 minutes, so very easy. We did the speed test in the house getting OVER 120MBPS on our 100MBPS plan, wow. We do the live TV with Hulu, No more buffering, xbox download speeds have doubled, no more lag, Childrens Ipads run smooth. We have 17 devices hooked up to the EERO and not one issue, no lag, exceptional speed. I recommend this system to anyone wanting to replace their wifi router and/or having issues with losing signal in your home this will solve that issue. Great Product worth every penny.

When geek squad installed I was informed that system is the wrong system for my house. Other systems would be a better application. System to be returned.

If your wifi needs are simple, this is a MUST buy

There's a lot this kit won't do: QOS, DMZ, WAN fail-over, and plenty of additional acronyms for things it does not support. But if you are someone that either does not know what those acronyms are, or don't need them, then you are the audience this router kit is for. You just want wifi that is pervasive (everywhere), and just works? Stupid easy setup and maintenance? Well, you've found it. Why could I have not had this 20 years ago??? Wow, the hours and days I've wasted on wifi problems over the years... My only caveat is that if you have a LARGE house, you might need two pro kits. And if you have a modestly sized house, this kit is likely overkill. Other than that, go for it!

I replaced my Orbi system with the EEro 2 pack because of the horrible customer service from ORBI. The story is that is wasnt my router but my ISP all along. But since Netgear would not help me diagnose the problem I felt I had no choice. With that said, I replaced the system with Eero and still had the same issues. I was so frustrated I thought Mesh wifi is not mean for me. Then I get Brian from support on the line. He was looking on his end and tested, etc. he told me to change the units in the home, Still the issue was there. He asked me to contact the ISP again. The ISP standard line it has to be the router. So I felt like I was a ping ball. anyhow, to my surprise, Brian kept the test open on his end for a few days and followed up with me. He said it has to be upstream because of the frequent time outs, etc... He also sent me the proof! So with that I contacted my ISP and I sent them the results. Well, they came to my home and found it was a tiny tear in the cable line and it was water logged. Once that was fixed, I have had 0 issues and the system works great. Excellent coverage and no kids with my kids complaining the wifi is not working. I would buy it from Best buy, they back up their products and they told me they have little if any returns or issues. That is why I went with EERO. SO THIS IS AN EMAIL I SENT TO BRIAN AT EERO! What you have done, has opened my eyes to the issues I’ve had for awhile now. One of the issues I returned the other router is because of the constant drops. The Orbi product was good but their customer service was horrible. I had a feeling the service eero was providing in my first few interactions was not pleasant and my frustration were taking over my emotions. I sent the reports you sent me to my isp and they are coming on Sunday to physically inspect and diagnose/repair connections issues outside the router. I will keep you posted on that and hope that is it. Orbi would have kept me as a customer had they done what you have so far.

    Great experience!

I set out to address two issues involving my existing Wi-Fi home network: slow throughput and isolated dead spots. I first purchased a different system from a well known eero competitor. Over a one-week period, I never got the system set-up properly. Multiple calls to tech support failed to solve problems with roaming hand-offs, operation of AirPlay devices, consistent throiughput, and use of Ethernet connections rather than wireless. I then tried the eero three-pack. Set up was easy and quick. Eero consistently utilized the Ethernet connections, provided very fast Wi-Fi throughput to all devices, and passed streaming music through AirPlay without a hitch. I have one remaining area that needs additional signal strength which I believe will be handled easily by the addition of a single beacon that I have already ordered. Thank you eero for making a product that works as promised!
