Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

I don’t write many reviews, but I thought I would share my experience. I have struggled with WiFi in our home for several years. We live in a three story home with concrete walls in our garage and part of our basement. I have gone through at least ten routers and extenders over the past few years. I recently installed nest cameras, doorbell, and lock in my home and I was getting a poor signal at the front door. Our main router was located in our basement in our theatre room (which was top of the line ASUS). I talked with someone in bestbuy about the issue, which I have done dozens of times in the past, however they mentioned the mesh WiFi this time. I was very sceptical about it. We have a decent size home (5000sq ft) and our connection has been average at best. I was told that you would not lose speed at your second and third connection. I figured I would give it a shot, as I could return it in a few weeks if it didn’t work. I was blown away by the performance of this mesh system. Speeds have doubled or tripled throughout my home wirelessly. No more dead spots. I am extremely pleased with this system and would recommend to anyone having issues with dead spots. Worth every penny!!!

Since eero came out I loved the product, but hated that I had to have a router sitting on the floor in my hallway in order to get coverage in the back half of the house. I've been running gen 2 now for a few weeks and its literally better in every way. I've got 6 units (3 beacons, 3 eeros) in my house with my pro pack serving as the main and central units and my beacons downstairs and around the edges. Centrally I never had a problem with speed but now I've got coverage even in my backyard and garage!

I got eero two days ago at Best Buy for my Dad. He is always complaining about the internet being slow in his old house or not reaching his bedroom. His place is about 4,000 square feet, Spanish style (thick stucco) and built in the 1920s. So we went to the store and we looked at the different internet systems. I'm not a tech person so I wasn't sure about making this work right but an employee there told us to get the eero one because it's the best and easy to set up. He also said his store sells out of them really fast. I bought one with 3 pieces and downloaded the app on my Dad's phone - the installation was really easy for me. We put one in his study, bedroom and basement and it transformed the signal in his house. I can't believe how good the wifi is now in his study and even in his garage. It was totally dead out there. I'm so impressed!!!!!

The best out of box mesh system, period.

I've gone through and used a handful of the best mesh systems on the market, and I went back to EERO. I have a ton of connected devices, 3 kids, and a wife who simply needs the internet to just, work. EERO handles all these with ease, and it's the best WiFi I've forgotten about (in a great way). We stream up to 4k in every corner of the house with an effortlessness that's unexplainable. My kids, my wife, and myself literally have no complaints. I do have one nitpick (which is super small and not common at all). I have a guest room with Sonos, and unfortunately, EERO (for security reasons) doesn't allow my guests to control their Sonos on the guest network. If they fixed this I would be extra happy. But ultimately, it's a tiny request that doesn't change how the system performs, and that is flawlessly for us. Great app, setup experience, and unreal performance that you have to try to believe!

Best network system I have ever owned

I have had eero for about 5 months now. Love it so much we got my parents n law a system for Xmas. I am not a geek...but this system could not have been easier to set up....it literally took about 10 minutes to get all 3 eeros set up and connected. The system has been remarkably stable! I really like that I can see every device connected to my network from an app on my phone from anywhere! I also like that it runs a speed test on its own every day and tracks speed for the last 30 tests. I had problems with signal drop on the last 4routers I had....no more probs with eero. Highly recommend this product!
