Solid, very solid system; no reboots and adding Xfinity Home Security was effortless. The eero system isn’t cheap but I consistently get wifi download speeds between 190 and 247Mbps. I’m amazed how fast and worry free this system is. With my previous Apple Airport Extreme and two Airport Expresses I could barely hit 50Mbps. That low speed is ancient history now. Thank you eero!

everything about the 3-eero system was positive (set-up, internet connectivity, elimination of dead zones) until I tried to connect with my Sonos system. When I researched solutions on-line, I discovered this is a common and sustaining problem. I spent almost two hours on the phone with eero support who were very patient and interested in solving the issue, but my 3 sets of sonos speakers continued to disappear and reappear for no reason. My symptoms were very similar to other users. I won't risk $500 even to get this resolved for fear that a firmware upgrade or power outage puts me back to square one. Once I see that they've resolved this issue, I'll attempt again, but the eeros are headed back to Best Buy. Sure wish this would have worked but I can't give up my music.

I've installed five of these and there always seems to be something that prevents it from being as easy as advertised to install. A few times I've had to call tech support and they have had to do something from their end to make them work. Once you get past installation, they work well and provide good speeds. Tech support has always been very good.

EERO has helped keep my wifi range extended throughout the entire house even the basement which has been great. One of the best features is the app that you can download which allows you to control your kids internet usage which is great.

It was alright, it did get very very hot. All three of the units got hot.

The price nearly scared me off. But, the salesperson told me the benefits and I tried it. IT WORKED!! Faster than any network I've owned. Puts the wi-fi network device provided by Spectrum to shame. Customer support was quick and knowledgeable. That's why I would recommend the system to everyone.

Over the years I have used different brands and grades of routers, and while some perform fairly reliably, others have not. I live in a 3000+ 2-story house, and even though I dont have the routers in the middle of the house, the router’s range is great with the extenders.

This is still new to us but it is working great so far!! Will update my review if something changes but it has been a couple months already and so far it works good!

I live in an older , all brick ranch style house. As you can imagine at the far end of the house my wifi was almost non existent. Now I get full strength in every room of the house ..Including the garage and out by the pool.. Highly recommend.

Not sure if it's worth the $500 I paid for it. But it gets the job done

When I first bought this mesh system it worked great and performed the job well, in which I needed it for. A couple months later, Eero offered up this Pro upgrade of its app that manages the wifi network that adds security features THAT SHOULD BE COMPLIMENTARY with purchasing these devices. I should have went with the Google alternative now knowing that this vendor doesn't think out of the box enhanced security is a standard thing to be included with a device that handles our most sensitive information. I've had this for less than a year but coming close to a year soon... My network now drops multiple times a day causing my home security to lose remote monitoring for extended amounts of time, my Nest thermostats go offline as well as my cameras. I've had my lines checked three times and even had two brand new modems installed from Comcast... I'm pretty sure its my Eeros. I can no longer return them now and will likely have to go through the extended manafacturer's warranty if I even have one. I would never buy an EERO product again and should have went with Google or Samsung... stupid me. As an IT Professional I should have known better and did more research.

Pricey but items works great. Definitely recommend it.

If you’re having WiFi woes like I was this is the remedy. My only regret is that I should have bought it sooner. This is definitely what you need for a larger house.

I’m extremely happy no more sucky WiFi.. this thing is expensive but it’s so worth it, I’m extremely happy because this works well with my ring products plus my other electronics..

Go with the MESH wifi system by eero. Once installed I have not even had to think about a signal. Great Stuff!

Geek Guy brought it & set up, Now I get emails all the time saying I need coverage....for what...no instructions given, he set up because we are seniors and not knowledgeable
