Decent, but lacks power user features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This wireless system isn't terrible, however, if you are a power user you will not be happy with this. This lacks 85-90% of most of the advanced user settings and monitoring that a similarly priced router would have. You really don't get much deeper than being able to setup DHCP, DNS, and wireless settings. There is no bandwidth monitor in the app, no signal meters, nothing. This is very much so the "Apple" of wireless networks, it's a very much so set and forget system. I WOULD recommend this to a normal user. I WOULDN'T recommend this to anyone who enjoys tinkering or seeing what is actually happening on their network.

Excellent Customer Service

After a couple of weeks, one of the pods stopped working. We tried everything to get it to reconnect but nothing worked. We reached out the Eero and they overnighted us a new pod! It was a very easy process and the customer service was excellent!!

Best Wifi Period

Strong fast reliable wifi from the front of my property all the way back a full 1/2 acre. We have a 2 story 2500 sq ft home with complete coverage. We average 75mb up and down on a 100mb internet connection. Outside gets 50mb up and down everywhere. Highly recommend the investment.

Easy setup and effective coverage

However, connection to the computer was simple and the instructions then provided for each step were clear and worked first time. Installed 3 units and achieved complete coverage in a home having previously had problems with extenders. A great product.
