Easy to set up. Works as promised. No problems so far!

A bit pricey compared to competitors, but called support before purchasing verifying that the functionalities I needed from the device was possible. Unit failed after a couple of weeks, but support stepped in and rushed me a replacement unit. The support that Eero offers makes the price difference worth every penny.

Upgraded from Apple Extreme. Instead of relying on the hidden wifi backbone (the Eero communicates to each other using a hidden wifi backbone), I connected each Eero together to a unmanaged network switch, which made things even more stable and faster.

I was so tired of trying to keep the house networks going. We had two separate networks - Apple & Netgear and then one extender. Always going haywire and just couldn't do it anymore. This was a luxurious splurge and WELL WORTH IT! It's been operational for two months and works just as advertised. Never a glitch.

great product, only downside to this is that it's overpriced and disconnects me when moving zones within my home

We have spent many years and purchased many routers and devices in efforts to have wireless internet throughout our house. We have thick interior brick walls. We cannot thank the Best Buy in-store expert enough for recommending this system to us. At last, problem solved. We can now work from any room in our home.

Over the years I have tried all kinds of wifi Routers and extenders. I was never happy because I always had black holes, or dead spots, through out the house. Eero resolved that problem. This is the best wifi I have ever tried. Easy to install and does deliver what it promises. I highly recommend this product.

We have a home that is over 3800 sq ft, we were having issues with connectivity with the ISP default modem/router because the size of home. Tried an extender and still had issues. This is working great, once I called customer to have them update to latest firmware have not had any issues. We love it!!!!

Our house is almost 5,000 sq.ft., and we had dead zones. Even a booster didn't help. Now, we have wireless coverage throughout the house! This was worth every penny! I do wish I could buy one more repeater because the system is expandable.

This mesh system works ok, better than a single router. The further the eero s are placed the slower the wifi speed, instructions say to hardwire for better performance. If I were to hardwire I would have no use for these pucks. I'm returning and buying either an orbi or linksys velos system since they use a dedicated wifi channel for backload feed.

My wireless router crapped out on me a few days after Christmas and I had been looking into range extenders to add to it. Reading reviews, I saw that this system would cover both a router and range extender for me, so I took the chance. Has worked phenomenally throughout my 3 story home

Bought the Eero as places in my home always had problems with WiFi coverage. Also tried wireless repeaters but did not have much luck - would often drop. Eero was relatively easy to set up and good coverage now throughout the house. I wish it had better parental controls/filters though.

We bought this system to replace a netgear nighthawk and it delivers on everything it promises. Although it is a bit spendy, it is worth every penny. We no longer have any black spots in our house and there has yet to be a hiccup in our coverage. It is also super easy to set up.

We first tried the Luma system. It worked pretty well for a week, and then there was inconsistency with reception. The individual units would drop the signal from the main unit. Returned it and got the Eero system. It has worked perfectly from day one. I would definitely recommend!

If your home has concrete or stucco walls the signal will be weakened. You may have to restart system from time to time.

This whole home wi-fi system is one of the best purchases I have made. I am able to stream Netflix, surf the net on my laptop and view photos and Facebook on my ipad ALL AT THE SAME TIME IN DIFFERENT ROOMS. Additionally, I am paying it off over 12 months with no interest!

Works well, easy setup. It would be nice if it could transmit over longer distance
