Tried this system. Not great, better wifi with the previous router and extenders. Boxes always feel hot. Save your money.

I bought it and tested for several days, the speed has been rocky but excellent signal coverage then the speed dropped. I wasn't happy so I returned it.

I love this product. We have a larger home, and our TWC wi-fi just wasn't doing the job on its own. At TWC's advice, several years ago, I bought several of the T-Link type extenders that plugged into our outlets throughout the house and had to be paired. They were difficult for non-tech person like me to set up and, even after I got them working, the performance was spotty at best, and we basically had a bunch of different networks set up. It was not ideal. After dealing with frustrating results for a few years, I read a review of Eero in the NYT, which indicated how simple it was to set up, so I decided to give it a try. It was so simple to set up, started working immediately and has not disappointed in the two months that it's been running. I had to add a fourth to get full coverage; when I added the fourth and it went through its updating, one of the original three wouldn't go back to a green light. I called technical support, got through immediately, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. So far, we are very pleased.

Horrible wifi (with fios in bridge mode)

This product is over priced, under delivers, and is over rated. I've had nothing but continuous dropped wifi on all devices and useless customer service (although they are polite). Putting this product in bridge mode makes it pointless too purchase, do not purchase if you have fios with cable. For over a month of calling and numerous "test" I still have dropped wifi. Happen again on my Chromecast watching a movie today.

Purchased this system on the recommendation of my geek because we have had problems with wifi and extenders. We now have service throughout most of our house but the wifi is so slow that everyone fights over the hardwired desktop.

After years of constant rebooting and messing with different brands I was reluctant to try this product. The price of a two pack seemed high compared to others, but I was assured by staff that this was simple to setup and would work flawlessly. I took the plunge and now am a happy customer. So easy to setup and get configured. Only two units gives my entire house coverage much better than ever before. I have only had the units 2 months but have not had to reboot the system even once. It just works perfectly.

We have a cabin out back roughly 350 feet from our "brick" house. Tried several systems none would get us there. Bought a LinkedIn wifi extender and now have full bars at the cabin to run Netflix with no problem.

I bought this, highly recommended to get WIFI in my small one bedroom apartment. However. I am still not getting service. Not sure if it is my apartment, my phone line or the product.

I would need 1 more unit to resolve my problem. Installed a router to the existing eithernet cable in the back room which then gave me WiFi access in the room and share the printer.

    WiFi for my mother

This product just works. Set one up in my mother's house based on the favorable reviews it has received. Have a lot of experience with Apple Wifi and previously low cost commodity in my own multi-family compound in San Francisco where at any given time there are hundreds of WiFi access points all around me. After many disappointments with the consumer grade stuff, I switched to an enterprise solution and all problems went away...except managing this required technical expertise, so I could not install at my mother's house. What is amazing is how easy, seamless and simple the Eero setup and operation is. The 5 star descriptions in online reviews are true! It just works and the performance is great. Because Eero is for consumers they have many consumer focussed features that seem great and that are not part of the enterprise systems that are optimized for offices. I am thinking I might try switching the system in my house now too.

    So Good!

My apartment is smaller, so I got the one pack for me and the 3 pack for my parents, who have a 2 story house. For my 1 pack: It turns out the router was the reason why my netflix was not loading well. Compared to my previous netgear router, my internet download and upload speed directly next to the router the router has increased by 2.5X and further from the router has increased by 5X. Buffering during watching netflix is gone! For my parents 3 pack: They had two networks set up with different names an access points in the house, because they had not figured out how to combine the networks. Combining into 1 networks allowed them to have a much better experience by not having to disconnect and reconnect to WIFI when switching rooms. They also now have strong internet at the front of their house, so they can control Sonos now.

Best WiFi coverage I've ever had

Over the years I have tried many ways to get good wifi coverage throughout my house which while not really large (2600 sq ft) it is fifties vintage lath and plaster construction and the walls stop wifi signals cold. When I recently made a trip to Best Buy to purchase yet another range extender to try the salesman showed me the Eeros system and explained the benefits. I decided to give it a try and took one home with me. I found the setup to be just as easy as promised and after a little experimenting with the location of the units I now have the best wifi coverage I have ever had. I can go from room to room and even out in the backyard and have a great signal with any of my devices iPad, IPhone, notebook computer and others. All this without having to change the SSID on the unit. It also hooks up all my other wifi units like lights and thermostats and does not have any problems doing the job. Another plus that I did not really expect Is that I can print from my notebook computer to any of my network printers from anywhere in the house. Something I could never do with any f the range extenders I have tried. Overall a great product and I would recommend it to any user that has a problem with wifi coverage.
