Setup could not have been simpler or smoother. Had four different wi-fi networks in the house from one router and two range extenders. Only I knew how to switch a device from one to the other depending on where I was. Now my wife and grandkids have the same benefit without doing a thing. Fastest speeds I've seen in the house corners. Very impressed.

    No other WiFi Product Compares

I did Google research and other product research before purchasing the Eero. Although somewhat pricy it is well worth the extra investment. I purchased the Eero and installed them in less than it takes to order them on line at Best Buy. There are no glitches and it has worked without one ever since being installed. I will not purchase any other.

Great WiFi performance and coverage. Easy setup and very nice app (lots of stats). After 2 days the gateway Eero (one plugged into the cable modem) died. A great thing about these Eeros is that the others can just be plugged into the cable modem and take over as the gateway. I contacted Eero via their web support form. I uploaded the receipt and described how I had determined the Eero was dead. Eero support emailed and said an RMA had been processed and I would get more info later. I saw a FedEx package (overnight) on my FedEx page and later received an email with instructions that the replacement was shipped and when I get it I should use the enclosed return label to return the defective unit. I got the replacement. It looks new (white box). Works great. The return label enclosed was a prepaid USPS label. This was a great experience and one I don't often get from other companies.

I have three at home. It was extremely easy to setup and created my network even though I was never able to set up my own electronics at home. The mobile ui is super friendly and the design is super sleek. The product is actually a great weight and beautifully packaged. My speeds have definitely improved.

Amazing leap forward in wireless networking. The range and consistency of the connections are night and day versus the 3 airport extremes I was previously using. The small footprint and the ease of setup are some very nice icing on the cake. If you don't like your current setup you should get this.

I love my new eero system! I've tried two other router + range extender options - they all had drawbacks (several network names and slow speeds) and started acting up (requiring reboots). Eero has been smooth sailing! Super easy setup! Works perfectly on day 1!

    Just WORKS!

I purchased the Eero to solve WiFi problems in my 2400 square foot house. I had an Airport Extreme in the basement but my wife was having problems with the laptop upstairs, my oldest son's iPhone would not keep a connection, and the other Windows laptops were shaky. Given that Apple has given up on the WiFi router market, I decided to try the Eero system. I bought the 3 pack and placed on in the basement, another in a bedroom and another in the living room upstairs. I had some initial setup issues caused by me not following directions. So I had to call customer support. The US based customer support answered within a couple of minutes and got things squared away quickly. Once things were up and running it has been rock solid. I have no more complaints from anyone about the WiFi. Great, solid product. The whole experience reminded me of buying gear from Apple before they became just a phone company that sells computers on the side.

I purchased an eero set of three for myself and got my sister one eero for her 1-bedroom apartment because I loved eero so much. Like me, she said set up was very easy and when she tests her internet speed, it's much faster than her old router from Comcast. Go eero! We're big fans!

I spent $300 on the latest router nine months ago, which got me great signal on the ground floor of my house but basically zero in my upstairs bedrooms and basement. Bought a 3-pack and now I can stream anything on my iPad while I move anywhere in the house. Super easy setup too.

    Dead-spots are Dead!!!

Well, I must say, I was skeptical. But, this delivered! I live in a 2500 sq'ft condo with chronically bad internet. I never was able to figure out why. We tried a number of different routers over the years. I even bought (and promptly returned) a power line adapter to see if I could get signal to our upstairs bedroom, but still no luck. I bought eero a week ago after reading the article in Consumer Reports. It blew me away! Setup was a piece of cake and more importantly, I have full signal in my bedroom! Dead spots are gone for good. A word to the wise - you do need cell service to complete setup. The app requires it to configure the network. Not a problem in my house, but worth watching out for.

Yes it's expensive, yes it's compact, yes it's incredibly easy to set up, yes it's better than any other Wi-Fi signal extender I've ever had (including all my apple devices), and yes it works as well as it's suppose to.

    Finally fixed our Wifi

I live in a two-story apartment; not huge, but apparently too big for our old Airport WiFi router. The signal comes in downstairs, and would only reach 1-2 bars (on a good day) upstairs. We tried everything -- almost nightly resets of the router, then a new router, then switching from DSL to dreaded Comcast in the hopes that the situation would improve. Nope. So when we heard about Eero, we figured it was worth a shot. Yes, $500 is a lot to pay for router, but worth it to be able to use our even-more-expensive wifi service in the other half of the apartment. And I'm thrilled to report that IT WORKS. Wireless seems to be just as strong upstairs as downstairs -- and we now have better signal in the kitchen to boot. Can't recommend highly enough!

I live in a long, narrow apartment and was never able to stream video or download files in my bedroom, which is at the opposite end from my modem. As someone who isn't particularly "tech savvy" and knows little to nothing about networking, I was hesitant to upgrade from the modem / router combo that Comcast installed for me, but read about eero's ease of setup and decided to give it a try. So glad I did! Getting my network up and running took minutes, and I immediately noticed an increase in speed and coverage across the whole apartment. Since setting it up, I haven't had any issues, and I can finally stream Netflix from bed! Great product for someone looking for a simple, easy to use solution to their wifi frustrations.

I was hesitant to buy the eero because it didn't look like my old Netgear one. My complaint with Netgear was that I had some dead spots in my home so at the recommendation of the salesman, I bought eero. Being tech challenged, he assured me I could set it up as long as I downloaded the app and followed instructions. Once the app was downloaded, it was super easy to install. All three units are strategically placed in my home to give me maximum wifi connection. The added bonus is that the design looks sleek and contemporary. It lays flat and sits very nicely on a bookshelf or tv stand without being noticeable. The app allows you to monitor each unit. I love my eero!

    The solution I've always wanted

I remember when this idea was first released as a news story. Being a very satisfied Sonos consumer, I was intrigued with the idea of having a Mesh WIFI setup. What I knew was that the mesh concept works great based on how well my Sonos system performs. I purchased the 3 piece set a week ago and it works just as I've anticipated. I have tried high end routers with extenders...not the same. Eero is simple, powerful and very intuitive. With this product, you can stop thinking about how to make it work for you and focus on using it for you!

I honestly was a skeptic at first. I have owned at least 100 routers in my lifetime. I have a ton of experience configuring them. I've been a gamer for 20 years. Ive run ftp servers, game servers, and business servers. I know what I am doing. No matter which router I use, resets are a constant frustration. The eero system has worked perfectly for the 2 weeks that I've had it in service. Internet speeds are incredibly quick and reliable. Even the guest network is slick. I can send an invite to someone within the eero app. This thing is too easy and does exactly what it claims to. Excellent product. A+

Simple To Use, And Phenomenal Speed

As someone who has 5 other family members in the house, wifi has always been an issue, with Verizon (now frontier fios), we were paying for 50 up and down but only getting around 5-10 mbs. That speed was using a Linksys ac 1900 router. After plugging in the eero, I got 45-60 mbs for my average down load speed. The app is very user friendly and setting up the 3 eero routers took around 10-15 minutes, mostly trying to find the right spot to put the router. I would highly recommend this router to anyone who has a large area to cover and or a lot of people trying to use the wifi.

I brought this system to help provide coverage in my whole house. I have a home office and I use the WIFI for calling. The system was not as easy as I thought it would be. BUT I think I created some of my issues with how I had my network set up.

It took me less than 5 minutes to set up.. extremely easy!! Immediately my WIFI blocks around my house were gone. Also I now have VERY strong WIFI in my backyard which I now can operation my irrigation/lighting and pool equipment from my iPhone. EERO product made this possible .. I tried so many others but to no avail. If you are having trouble with WIFI in your home or outside your home EERO is the answer. A bit expensive but well worth it.
