I no longer need to reset the router every day! We have numerous wifi devices and our wireless printer was always being bumped off the network.

This is definitely the best wifi system I have ever used. I never have dead zones or slow connections. I love this product.

Great product worth the money. I used to have lots of issues with coverage before switching to eero.

    Poorly executed product

We set up Eero thinking it will help us to have a blanket coverage of the wifi signal through out the office. Yes and no. Yes it does provide better coverage for the office. A big NO is that our internal database, which can be accessed through mobile devices, is completed messed up. Some have connection within the office wifi and no connection out of the office wife, while some are just the other way around. Not suggested if you run any type of database or server in your office. Not working.

Disappointment- It's not WiFi that actually works

I bought two 3 packs, for a total of 6 routers (2 more than supposedly needed based on my house size). The function is poor and inconsistent. Day 1 took hours of setup and 2-3 hours of online support to get things going properly. Lots of "gee, I've never experienced that before" statements. Excellent patient but ineffective support over 3 calls. Day 2 had limited wifi, error/disconnect messages overnight from some wifi dependent devices. 3 more aggregate 1hr+ phone calls with very nice very patient support with same "Gee, I never saw that issue" statement. App always, every few minutes, gives an alert that the connection is lost, then it comes back. Support is "looking into it". One day, I will have wifi that indeed actually works. Wish this actually did.

    Won't connect

I attempted to set this up in my home...no dice. I have a very common set-up (Cox Cable, no VPN, wired computer) and it wouldn't connect. I then got their tech support on the line and we spent 45 minutes going through many methods to possibly make it work. The end result was that it wouldn't work and they didn't know why. I then took it and tried to set it up in my office in a different setting. No luck. I then got tech support on the phone again and we tried different things for 30 minutes. It finally connected but there was no reason why and the tech couldn't say why it was intermittently connecting. I install networks for a living. If this won't work for me in two different scenarios AND their techs don't know why, I would be very hesitant to recommend it to anyone.

    Known Conflicts with Some Modems

After 10+ hours of tech support calls across 6 companies (Netflix, Eero, Time Warner, Roku, Amazon (Echo), & TCL (smart TVs), Eero finally informed me on a call back that their product had a known issue for ~6 weeks with my modem (TP-Link) and at least one other (Arris). This issue causes random erratic internet behavior that is clearly hard to diagnose. That would have been good to know on the first call; ouch. Thanks to a quick thinking Roku tech support manager who suggested using my iPhone's hotspot wifi, I was able to pin point that the Eero was the issue. Eero confirmed that my only solution is to get rid of the Eero or the TP-Link modem. I paid this much money for a product that was supposed to "just work". I guess things are not always that easy. :(

    Didn't work well, very disappointed

May work for you, but a huge waste of money for me. Constant connection drops across a set-up of 5 eero devices. I kept trying to move them around, as recommended, to no avail. My house is big but not huge (2 stories, ~3400 sqft). In many cases, light quickly returned to red after power-down reboots. After 4 months of pain, I gave up and began to use native FIOS router with an extension on second floor.

    Slowed my speed

Bought this today to boost my coverage in a slow area of my home. First, the product indicated an update was available but it kept failing when I tried to load it. Second, my speed actually drastically decreased in what was the previously slow area of my home. Third, it just stopped working completely. Returning it tomorrow.

worked well for the first couple of weeks. Now all 3 drop signal at least once a day. Great timing since the kids are doing online classes which is why I bought them.
