The rep from Eero was at BestBuy while I was looking at routers. I was initially looking for the Google wi-fi but it was not yet available. I needed something reliable immediately and the eero system was in sale so I thought I'd give it a try. The initial setup probably took longer than most as I have a dedicated IP address. Once I got all that figured out everything else went smoothly. I bought the two unit set. The troublesome front room where I use wi-fi for streaming video is now trouble free. No more spinning wheel for connecting and streaming! The reliability is very high. I have only reset the system once since installing it. My devices sometimes lose the internet but eero figures it out quickly to reconnect. The app to run the system is interesting. I have no need to set up a guest network so that was something I didn't try but it is nice to know I can if I want to sometime.

The Eero system was very easy to install and took only minutes. It provides great coverage throughout our entire home.

All we wanted was a single, seamless WiFi network that would cover our entire house, and eero delivered. Set up was super simple--the app walks you through just a few easy steps. Two eero units were enough to cover our whole house, and we have fast, reliable WiFi everywhere with no dead spots. Was that too much to ask? Not with eero!

Helped keep the speed up when all devices are connected. Had allot of trouble before. Now no issues at all. Love it!

So easy to set up and works great. Highly recommend this product to anyone who has wireless signal issues in your house. I get minimum of over 70 mbps download speeds throughout my house and even in my back patio. No more issues streaming any content.

Setup was incredibly easy with clear instructions. We previously had a difficult time getting consistent wifi coverage throughout the house. After installing this product our problem was solved. I also really like how easy it is to manage the wifi network via the free app. Setting up a guest login was a quick and painless.

So I was looking for something to extend my Wi-Fi throughout my home, and initially I was just going to get an extender. One of the BB employees told me to check out Eero, and initially I was skeptical given the hefty price tag. I ended up caving, and I'm glad I did. Firstly, Eero works great - I'm no tech genius, so I don't know all the benefits of having a "mesh network" versus...well, whatever the alternative is. All I know is all the little Eero pods work together to form a single network throughout my home, I don't have any issues connecting to that network, and so far I haven't had any issues with speed. Second, Eero is super user friendly. Again, I'm no tech genius, but setting it up through the phone app took no work at all, and managing your network through that app once it's set up is easy. You might run into a little trouble if your modem is a modem/router combo, but a quick google search for how to turn it into "bridge mode" (disable the router) does the trick. (and, honestly, this particular issue isn't on Eero). Again, the price tag is high, but the quality and user experience is worth it.

Easiest set up ever. No more dead zones. I bought a 2-pack and they are enough given that I have a one-story home. Not only is connection improved, it can handle the draws better. Also, I have a lot of connected devices and this adds security to them as well. I also like that they do updates and patches in the background.

Very easy to setup took about 20min. Working very well, have had the WiFi for a couple of weeks with no problems.

My cell phone bill kept going up up up because my cable Wifi service is so bad it keeps going in and out and using up the cellphone data plan. This product really works. Was very easy and fast to set up. I have turned many people on to this product.

I have been on the search for a wireless router that would cover my house from my basement office. Obviously the router in the basement is problematic. I had a pretty good setup with another router and extension but my family grew tired of finding the upstairs network whenever they went upstairs. The devices just didn't roam well. The Eero was very easy to setup. I added a switch for hardwiring in my office. Coverage is excellent and the speeds are fantastic far from the router. Gaming has been good. The settings are limited which I am still getting over but it works for the whole family. The software runs from an App on your mobile and lack of customization is the only downside thus far.

Expensive but Easy setup.... creates a large seamless Wi-Fi network that's very reliable and easy to use.

I have dead spots in my home due to a concrete exterior. I researched and read mixed review but I had the better setup experience and better user results than I had read. Does what it promises to do! Placed hubs about 40' and within line of site and created a massive network through the whole house and out into portions of my property. Set up was super simple, even a caveman could do it!! I'm getting bervfast connection speeds and powerful signal in places I could not even connect with my standard router. Powerful and fast enough to stream from and internet device. Price was a bit higher than I liked but it was worth the cost when my network was amplified. I purchased the 3-pack and took care of a 2 story, 4200 sq/ft house with concrete walls and a lot of wifi connected devices.
