    Very nice router but the wifi speed has limits. My iphone 15 pro cannot exceed more than 300Mbps

    Excellent hardware and performance. Could do without the subscription to eero plus for gatekeeping vital features and more options to separate out iot networks.

    Was looking to upgrade from pro 6E to this because the proc6 E has been extremely slow. Well i get to the 7 Pro Max and guess what. Same thing. This was very laggy. Ended up going and getting the TP-Link BE 11000. It was on sale for $499 but Best Buy matched the $399 from Amazon and for 33% of the cost od the Eero the Tp-Link was blazing fast. No mare lag or buffering. Ended up returning the Eero and Keeping the TP link.

    I have had Eero products for several years and decided to try something else. That was a total waste of money. The other system seem to go off line all the time. Eero has been on since I installed it, except for when we lost power.

    unlike the other Eero Models, this one has two 10gb ports and 2 2.5gb ports making it great for wired connection to a switch. Upgraded to this system after upgrading my home internet speeds.

    Was worried it was overpriced at first but I'm so glad we purchased this so that all of our devices have super bandwidth speeds since we also recently switched to EZEE Fiber. Love it!

    I was kind of worry about switching from eero max 7 from my asus. I was getting 920 accross my house that is 2200 square ft. I decide fo make the switch, all i can say wow, it is amazing download speed 1157 and up 34.

    WiFi 7! This router has taken my gaming to the next level. I mostly got it for taking off load on the main 5 mhz channel

    I had high hopes for this new wifi7 router. I have two max 7 and a 7 pro. Easy setup, but unfortunately I keep getting wifi disconnects. No suggested fuxes are working. Its not the provider, just the device. Looking online, its a common problem people are complaining about. Dont buy this until Amazon Eero gets this straightened out.

      Hi NYSTrooper. Thank you for providing feedback about your experience with the eero Max 7. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having connection issues. I understand how frustrating WiFi disconnects can be. Soft resetting your gateway eero (the one connected to your modem) can be a useful troubleshooting step. To soft reset your eero: Hold the reset button until its LED flashes yellow (approximately 7 seconds). Once it flashes yellow, release it. As the eero boots up, the LED will flash white, then blue, and then return to solid white. Once the LED is solid white, you should be able to see your eero is back online in the eero app. If you still experience connection drops, take note of the time of the drop and reach out to customer service so that they can troubleshoot further. Network jitter is typically caused by wireless interference or network congestion rather than router hardware alone. For activities requiring consistent low latency, a hardwired Ethernet connection will always provide the most stable performance with minimal jitter, which is why hardwiring is recommended for gaming and real-time applications.     My old Orbi Mesh gave out after four years and surge. Bought this as a replacement and returned it three day’s later. You have to have it all in open spaces otherwise satellites don’t connect and the speed drops significantly room to room. My old Orbi was much better. I returned this and bought the more expensive Orbi and it’s amazing will leave a review on that product page. Although it’s more expensive the Orbi doesn’t charge a subscription for basic features like more ssid etc so I think in the long run the price will even out or better..

Strategically placing your eeros is the single most important step you can take to ensure your system provides fast, reliable WiFi to every room in your home. Here are some tips to follow: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros.     had to return this item because it was so difficult to set up and I am not a tech dummy. I really had several issues and it asked me for my amazon account and all this stuff I ended up returning it because somethign this expensive should not be so difficult to set up also even though it never got connected to the internet, the wifi network signal also looked week in my bedroom which was one of the reasons for getting a more powerful unit, i would have likely had to buy a second one just to see it improve wifi in the bedroom and I was shocked because the current router I have is 8 years old and it was giving better singal stregnth in the bedroom. all around was gravely disapointed, but if it had worked I would have been happy

You can use your Amazon Account to log into the eero app, but it is not required. Instead, you can create an eero account using your phone number and email address. You'll receive a verification code via text or email. Once you’ve entered the verification code into the app, your eero account will be created and you can complete the setup process. After setup eero will optimize to learn what kind of interference you have around your home and learn to tune it out as best it can.
