    I have had Eero products for several years and decided to try something else. That was a total waste of money. The other system seem to go off line all the time. Eero has been on since I installed it, except for when we lost power.

    unlike the other Eero Models, this one has two 10gb ports and 2 2.5gb ports making it great for wired connection to a switch. Upgraded to this system after upgrading my home internet speeds.

    Was worried it was overpriced at first but I'm so glad we purchased this so that all of our devices have super bandwidth speeds since we also recently switched to EZEE Fiber. Love it!

    Bait and Switch - Free Item Canceled

    Best Buy lured me in with a deal of the day promotion: buy the 3-pack Eero Max 7 mesh system, get a free Eero Max 7 router ($599.99 value). I completed my purchase, picked up the main item in-store, and only after that did Best Buy cancel the free Eero — without my consent. Their reason? “Out of stock.” That’s false — it’s still available online and in local stores (including the Nashua store where I picked up the items) right now. This is classic bait-and-switch: advertise a bundle, take your money, then remove part of what you were promised. It’s deceptive, unethical, and customers should not have to fight to get what was advertised. This is illegal. If Best Buy can’t honor its own promotions, why should anyone trust them with a purchase? Being a loyal customer for 20+ years mean nothing to these brick and mortar stores struggling to keep up with the e-commerce space. I will seriously have to consider taking my business elsewhere.

    I was kind of worry about switching from eero max 7 from my asus. I was getting 920 accross my house that is 2200 square ft. I decide fo make the switch, all i can say wow, it is amazing download speed 1157 and up 34.

    My old Orbi Mesh gave out after four years and surge. Bought this as a replacement and returned it three day’s later. You have to have it all in open spaces otherwise satellites don’t connect and the speed drops significantly room to room. My old Orbi was much better. I returned this and bought the more expensive Orbi and it’s amazing will leave a review on that product page. Although it’s more expensive the Orbi doesn’t charge a subscription for basic features like more ssid etc so I think in the long run the price will even out or better..

Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros.     disappointing and difficult to setup

    had to return this item because it was so difficult to set up and I am not a tech dummy. I really had several issues and it asked me for my amazon account and all this stuff I ended up returning it because somethign this expensive should not be so difficult to set up also even though it never got connected to the internet, the wifi network signal also looked week in my bedroom which was one of the reasons for getting a more powerful unit, i would have likely had to buy a second one just to see it improve wifi in the bedroom and I was shocked because the current router I have is 8 years old and it was giving better singal stregnth in the bedroom. all around was gravely disapointed, but if it had worked I would have been happy

You can use your Amazon Account to log into the eero app, but it is not required. Instead, you can create an eero account using your phone number and email address. You'll receive a verification code via text or email. Once you’ve entered the verification code into the app, your eero account will be created and you can complete the setup process. After setup eero will optimize to learn what kind of interference you have around your home and learn to tune it out as best it can.     Didn’t work well for me had slow speeds not great UI on App. Tech support not helpful in my experience. Is a great unit needs better software hardware is good.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may remedy your issue: 1. The first thing you’ll want to do is figure out whether you’re experiencing slow behavior on multiple devices. If it’s only on one device, simply turn your device’s WiFi off and on again. If that doesn’t work, try rebooting the device. 2. Try power cycling your eeros by unplugging the power cable from the back of your eero, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. This step can sometimes fix connectivity issues. 3. Unplug the power cable from your modem, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. Each eero Max 7 router provides coverage up to 2,500 sq. ft. which is about 232 square meters.
