Much more stable than Google and Nest WiFi!! We had both Google and Nest and the mesh would always fail and the network would constantly go offline. Eero has been super stable since setting it up. The app makes things very easy. Highly recommend!

The best product in the market. I had an issue in the beginning which it was addressed immediately. I a very impressed!

After 10 months operating in my home, I am very pleased with the EERO router. I have cable 1Gbit/sec coming in and get very good performance at home. I have 25+ WIFI devices connected and can run 3 YouTube TVs simultaneously and not see any noticeable slow down or disruption on my other devices. I have the main hub downstairs in the office and the 2nd upstairs. I suspect I would be ok with only one router, but the upstairs router ensures full home coverage.

Its easy to setup and highly recommend this product to anyone who has kids.

great product with excellent coverage and pretty simple setup. I do have issue if you run into trouble with setup, it can be hard and frustrating to work through it as the only way to add it to your network is through the app which has limited troubleshooting besides trying again. After that potential issue, I love the app interface and information, although I dislike the subscription services they try to get you to buy. Feel like that stuff should be included as it is your data and device usage, after all. I would recommend these, though.

Improvement was dramatic. We had a more robust internet plan that needed a new router. This was recommended at Best Buy and it was a perfect solution.

I have 3. One from bestbuy and two refurbished. They are better and more user frienly than thre way more exoensive Netgear I had before.

We live in an odd square footage apt. and spectrum couldn't do anything to get our WiFi anywhere. We took the plunge after educating ourselves with mesh systems and couldn't be happier, especially since it can also reach into our hobby area in the garage. Zero regrets.

Took me a while on the phone with eero to get my modem connected to the eero router. App for some reason was hanging at the connecting the internet stage and the customer service rep had to manually activate it on their end. Speeds where slower than my Orbi wifi mesh system by 100mbps everywhere except next to the modem and eero router. Tested things using my S20 note ultra wifi 6 phone. Could not get above 150 to 25mbps having a 1 gig plan. Modem is 3.1 docsis just upgraded. Close to the modem/router I saw the biggest speeds at 600 to 800mbps. Was expecting a lot more. Probably a good system for people with plan speeds less than 30mbps. I think the Orbi wifi 6 is probably a much powerful system. I got a 5500 sqft home. The three eero units should have blanket my home at 500 to 800 speeds. That was my expectation for wifi 6 capable devices. Cannot recommend this system.

So far no complaints. There have been a couple instances of needing to reset my modem but I don't think that had anything to do these routers. Coverage is great and was needed for all of the dozens of devices in the house that are now accessing wifi.

Live it. We now have Wi-Fi throughout the house. Great service by Geek Squad. This mean network is super easy to set up and maintain.

Set up didn’t work had to call tech support Update was supposed to take 15 min going on 45 and still updating. Probably going to have to call tech support again.should not be this difficult. Speed was great the few hours I had it working

Reliable, provide good wireless coverage, and easy to setup. If you have more than one location/network, setup an additional network in the eero phone app.

The problem is that you will only get a year, maybe a little more?? I think the problem is that they heat up, I mean hot. They have not service to help. Not happy:-(

I upgraded our home network (previously using a multi AirPort Extreme network) to utilize these routers in our home. We currently have these hard wired to one another, and are please with the strong overall coverage of our Wifi.

Great product, good coverage. Switched to this product from another competitor and happy with the results.
