Works as expected after call to support to find out that it must connected with the power supply it came with. It did not work correctly when connected with my older eero. Support line provided prompt assistance.

The system works well in most locations. There should be at least two additional pods to treat a 3500 sq ft area. Distant areas are still a problem. Set up was done by the GEEK service.

I really like this mesh system. The setup was really easy and all 2200 sqft of my multi level home is covered.

I gave up an Apple Airport Extreme. The eero Pro is an excellent device in every way. Small footprint, nice looking, fast response, works well and great tech support . Buy at you won't be disappointed.

Best home internet mesh system I have purchased. Great investment for large homes

This solved all of our Internet dead zone issues! We were constantly having issues with zoom meetings dropping and random dead zones and once we purchased these, we haven’t had an issue since! Highly recommend!

Does what it is supposed to. The house is big and has many floors. I was hoping it would get better coverage. Main problem is measured speed drop from main is really noticeable even one room or one floor away. I drop from 400 to 200 at the satellites.

Setup was easy. Had the network up and running within no time. Uploads and downloads appear faster and the computer connects quicker than in the past. The cost is high but well worth it for added piece of mind

Install was great. Chris was very patient in helping us setup the different areas as we had set up wrong previously
