We bought this set because our internet signal was weak in certain parts of the house. This more than fixed that problem.

Overall product is good. However, no one told me there was a catch to this product- after the 30 day trial you have to purchase the services for security. The old routers you just set up WPA or whatever.

We had miserable WiFi dead zones in our house this solved our problem and works like a charm. Thanks for the recommendation Geeksquad.

Excellent product, boosts are signal throughout the house. No more spinning on TV programs or internet downloads.

Wifi connection is no better than a standard WI-Fi router. Does not transmit at high speeds like it says it will. And for the cost of these units, I expected better. I have gigabit internet and Wi-Fi signal only downloads at 75 to 110 mbps. Upload speed really good at 41mbps. But that is not what I purchased this Wi-Fi mesh system for. Tried relocating units to various places to better signal quality with no difference. Would return to Best Buy and get my money back, but return window closed.

So far working well. We got about 40 devices connected. Sometimes the satellite will disconnect from the main unit and we lose the WiFi for devices connected to that satellite unit. Doesn’t happen often though.

This product lives up to the features. Wi-Fi in my home is remarkable using the eero product.
