Wish I had picked another system

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It ended up being a real pain to set up and took 3 calls and several emails into eero before I finally found someone who had the answer. And it's something that should have been included in the set up instructions. I had customer service people offer to follow through on email exchanges and then never did. Also, the range is not as far as I would have thought it would be, which is very disappointing. Finally, of all the things that have the most problems connecting it's my Alexa devices--I've even had to call in to Amazon for this. Pretty crazy since this is an Amazon company. In the end, I wish I had chosen another system.

First try with a mesh system

I was hoping that it would improve my Wifi over using Spectrum's router and a remote access point in another room, but it really hasn't made any difference at all. The Wifi-6 is nice, since our cell phones support that now, but the wifi reception in some areas of the house is still iffy, and the house is only 70% of the size that this pair is supposed to cover. I got this as a Deal of the Day, but even at that price, I don't think the minimal improvement is worth the cost.
