This Eero was a zero

I have a decent sized house with upstairs, and my wife and i have our home offices on opposite sides, with the tv room in the middle, so I knew going in i would want one that came with 3 units or pods. Eero was getting great reviews at all the websites I checked, so I was confident I had made a good informed decision before buying. The set up was super easy and they do get points for that, but none of my older laptops could find the network. I called my company's IT department and even that guy couldn't figure it out. Apparently there is a legacy setting you can switch to- but if you arent taking advantage of the latest technology, what is the point? So i returned this and got the Google mesh 3 pod system and havent had any troubles with it since setting it up

This system has had zero problems! Simple! Stable! Fast! Zigbee hub is an extra plus! Highly recommend!

Great Mesh System

Paired with a Arris Surfboard 35, these puppies are super fast. No issues at all and very happy with the ease of use of these.

Eero Pro 6 Router Review

I placed the Eero Pro 6 in the same location as my original Eero Pro as the base router linked to the modem in my home network. I purchased two Eero Pro 6 routers to add to my existing Eero Pro Mesh System. Setup was easy and took little time. After multiple speed tests over a week I confirmed the two Eero Pro 6 routers I added yielded no improved performance to my network. I thought adding one router as the base transmitting at WiFi 6 from the cable modem and a second receiving the network signal at WiFi 6 and connected to several of my devices would show some improvement. I was wrong. I returned the Eero Pro 6 Routers for a full refund.
