Support at Eero, oh you are getting 1mbps try rebooting the router. Oh that didnt work. Okay lets reboot the modem and router. Modem first then router. Okay done, still not working 5 ft from router getting under 15 mbps. I will chat with tier 2. Holds for 10 15 minutes. Tier 2 asked to reboot again, I asked did they do anything he said no. So we rebooted again... nothing changed. Factory reset router brand new install. unplugged 2nd node, reset all parts and used other node as main router, still failing to have decent speeds. We will open engineering ticket for trending issue, no ETA. I spent $400 on a router and access point and you are telling me no ETA on fixing the firmware so it will work, cannot roll back firmware. DO NOT BUIY THIS PRODUCT!!! IT IS USELESS AND SUPPORT IS EVEN WORSE. BUY THE Amplifi Alien instead, this thing is insane.

I have owned Eero products since their inception, including the Eero Pro 6E. Unfortunately, the Eero Pro 6E has proven to be one of the most unreliable routers I've experienced. I possess several units, all of which, after a few months of usage, begin to spontaneously reset themselves. Despite experimenting with all configurations, varying the placement of devices, and testing with multiple internet providers and routers, these units continue to reboot randomly throughout the day. Customer support, unfortunately, has not been able to offer any valuable help, seemingly unable to comprehend the reasons behind the frequent crashing and restarting. Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to approach with caution. It is regrettable that the quality of these devices appears to have deteriorated under Amazon's stewardship.

Set up was easy. I have better internet speed throughout my house now.

Effective in extending wifi range to a needed outside area. After being maneuvered by tech seems to be working fine.

Best Buy said this would fix our problem with continuous buffering for some apps on TV. IT DID NOT! We're looking to return it.

Have had for over 6 months and not great! I really find minimal help with this product. Had geek squad install this and was explained that this would help with dropped service (after I also upped my service for home internet) I would not buy this brand again. Went out of our way because I work from home to get this - and minimal improvement than when we had no "mesh".

Does exactly as promised. Good wifi throughout the house.

I have experienced poor performance over wifi with eero Pro 6 AX4200. I tried everything but it is very poor compared to other wifi 6 systems. I did keep it past the return time because it was stable however with the latest update I have noticed that it is not as stable as it once was and it drops connections and I lose wifi seemingly randomly throughout the day. I have had to reboot a couple of times during the week over the last several weeks. I am looking at an alternative system now because of these issues.

Horrible experience with this mesh router system. I bought these to connect to my AT&T fiber gateway in IP Passthrough mode. Followed all of the instructions to set it up, disable the Wi-Fi radios on the gateway, etc. I got a solid signal around the house after placing each of the nodes. However, I was only getting about 1/3 of the speed I was getting when connected to the gateway. After trying multiple solutions, including testing speeds connected via a cable to one of the nodes, it became very apparent that this mesh router system could not throughout appropriate speeds. Reading online, it appears this is not an issue unique to me and not unique to IP Passthrough with an AT&T fiber gateway. Ended up buying a different router and am now getting the expected speed with a much larger coverage footprint than the gateway - which is what I was looking for all along. If you are looking solely for coverage and don’t care about speeds, these might be fine. But I would not recommend given that a less sophisticated router that probably gives the same speeds costs a lot less.
